I think Amazon has lost site of its…prime

I think Amazon has lost site of its Prime Service . I have been a Prime customer for many years. Now I am being to wonder why. I order things and I wait all the next day for a delivery or several days at times. BUT if I pay an extra fee it comes in an hour ? Isn't that the reason I joined prime ? To get good fast service !

Buying more things directly from manufacturers due to poor customer service and QC at Amazon

After years of using Amazon I have found that over the last year deliveries are delayed and, more importantly, used or partial items are being shipped out despite "new" being specified in the order. Things will come that are apparently returns with parts missing and, rather than inspect those items, Amazon ships them out to the next person making a purchase. Then the return game starts and Amazon has decided to CHARGE us for using a UPS drop-off that isn't in a Staples store. The gall of charging the customer for returning a defective item! I've begun ordering directly from companies that manufacture items sold on Amazon and some of them are cheaper to purchase directly. Bezos doesn't care about quality or customer service any more - obviously.

Amazon claim that a parcel has been delivered weeks ago, it has not, I put in a claim and they have denied me a refund because I cannot prove that I didn't receive it (even though we have CCTV to show that the delivery company did not attempt delivery. I have now put the matter in the hands of the police because obviously somebody is telling lies

Customer service a joke!!

Used Amazon for years with no problems, sent my granddaughter a gift card, photo showed it being delivered to some where different, after 4 chat sessions where every time they said a refund was on its way, even an email from their fraud section telling me it was being processed and would happen within 5 to 7 days, it never happened, I had to use chargeback through my cc I have closed my account now as when customer service (a joke) constantly assures you that this time the refund was processed and clearly it wasn’t, it makes the company thoroughly untrustworthy!

Amazon took 140 out of my account without my permission. I been paying 14.99 a month and all the sudden they just take out $140. Nothing ever comes on time. I order stuff says next day dosen't show up for 3 days. Amazon going to shit.

They try to force you into purchasing prime membership. I am not interested in the membership and because I declined the offer they tried to charge me $51 shipping fee on a $200 order. I went to Walmart and purchased the same items with free shipping.

When I was younger

When I was younger, Amazon was my favorite company; I used to buy and order everything from them. Their products were great. But things aren't the same anymore. They've started delaying customer orders, and there are even defective items in the shipments. Customer service has become neglectful.

They Lost A Prime Customer's Orders Six times

They delivered all of my orders to the wrong address six times in a row and then told me that refunding my money after all of the time I spent trying to solve this, constitutes an apology. When I brought this to their attention, they offered me $20 and while I was typing that I didn't need their money they closed the chat session. You should be an Amazon customer if you think paying $140 a year to get your items a week late after spending hours with their help system constitutes "an apology." Very lame company.

Never using this bullshit website again. I just ordered two perfumes, but never received the item nor the refund for it. When contact customer service they promised me to help me and give the refund, but then ignore their promises and just sent me emails declining assistance.Never using them again, Amazon just lied in your faced and takes your money.

Auto-cancelled order twice and locked my account. PATHETIC system.

Amazon ZA has been a nightmare for a first purchase.I tried to place my first order on Amazon ZA for a gaming laptop. The order was instantly auto-cancelled due to “unusual ordering activity” and a refund was initiated. I then completed the ID verification process via Amazon’s Persona partner and received an email confirming a positive outcome and that I could place the order again.I reordered the same item using the same account, and Amazon cancelled it again for the exact same reason. Now I’m stuck with a large pending card authorisation hold (not a completed charge) that my bank says may take several business days to release unless Amazon manually voids it.This has cost me time, unnecessary currency conversion fees, and a lot of stress — I need this laptop for my flight training studies. If Amazon’s systems can’t reliably approve legitimate purchases after verification, then the verification is pointless.Extremely disappointed. I won’t be using Amazon ZA again unless this is properly resolved and the payment hold is released immediately.

Amazon A to Z Non-Guaranter

If I could 0 or 0.01 I would. I pay for the max membership only to have the stupid AI change my search choices and remove Prime from my search. It's the same when I call in for an issue and the stupid AI changes or refuses my responese. My current problem is a fifth wheel hitch on a pallet that weighs about 250 pounds that didn't fit my truck, even though my truck was included in the search. With more than ten calls and promises that my refund is coming and Amazon A to Z is sending a truck, I'm now told to ship it myself. Time for a new shoppi g platform.

Amazon spends a large amount of money…

Amazon spends a large amount of money to make sure I get my requests filled and delivered on time. Seeing as how they sell almost everything you would want to buy, then that should be on your mind too.

Absolute rubbish.

Over the past couple of months my order is being sent to bracknell instead of Weybridge and since then I've had a lot of deliveries and i live on the first floor apartment and I've not had any getting to my door even they know that I'm disabled and some of the deliveries are left out of the building and offen get stolen and the most frustrating thing is he always puts down that it's been handed to the resident just a complete lie and I'm fed up with amazon deliverys as there not monitored and it doesn't matter how many times this happenes they do nothing to help with this and the driver's should always be told to take a photo every time to see where it's left total rubbish.

2 positives in one week

More often than not, I'm leaving a negative review. However this week, we had 2 positive experiences. Firstly despite a product price increase of 20%, they honoured the lower price and gave me the discount for an item I wanted. Also ordered some alcohol and delivery was attempted whilst we were at work. Has to bd signed for and proof of age etc. The delivery guy came back a 2nd time that day and successfully delivered our item

Ordered an item, never arrived.

Ordered an item, the photo of being delivered shows the package against the delivery van, not at my home. Amazons automated chatbot says it won't connect me to anyone for 48 hours and I have to come back and open a case in 48 hours. This is ridiculous, what should happen is that I should be able to speak to a human right now. That person at Amazon could telephone the depot or driver and intercept this scam before the driver gets back to the depot. Waiting 48 hours is pointless if the driver is doing this scam today it's unlikely he's going to falsely deliver items and still come to work in 48 hours ......Also if Amazon would deal with non deliveries on the same day they would probably see I might not be the only one who has been scammed and again as stated have a chance to catch the driver on his way back to the depot!It's clearly a scam as I've never had a photo of a 'delivery' taken against the delivery van before.
