Watch out for returns charges

I ordered a top which was not a good fit due to poor cut, so I returned it. Having to pay for postage for delivery and return is very poor customer service, especially as the top was not good quality, most companies offer free returns. The clothes are expensive look after your customers Anthropology!

Wrong item, ages till refund

Sent me the completely wrong item. When I told them they said they would get back to me as to whether they have any in stock to send a replacement if not then they would issue a refund. 2 weeks go by and nothing. So I ask them and they don't have the stock so they refund me. Only after me chasing them up and asking. Refund still took 3 days to come through.

I brought glassware so always a little apprehensive about breaking in transit. The shipping was very quick and the packaging of the glasses were so good they were certainly not going to break! The glasses were also nice and thick and such great quality. Thanks all I will certainly be a returning customer!

Delayed and then cancelled order

Ordered two glasses for Valentine’s Day. One item was due to be dispatched on 14th February; one arrived without issue, but the second was repeatedly delayed. After two weeks, the order was cancelled due to a supposed “card authorisation” issue, which makes no sense as payment was taken upfront. There was no attempt at communication from Anthropologie regarding the delay or cancellation - yet they had no problem sending frequent marketing emails and texts. No communication regarding refunds, or next steps. Very disappointing experience. Order number: AP43920522

Very waiting for refund bad trying send back item then…

Very bad trying send back item then not responding to a refund i’m constantly emailing them to say that the shoes have been sent back and now I am waiting for a refund. I had to speak to somebody on the chat line that gave me a barcode to return the shoes because customer service was actually O plus and now I’ve sent the shoes back and they keep saying that we’ve sent down for you to send shoes back waiting for your returns when they were already being sent back. These places that you buy sometimes overseas and cost a lot of money they don’t want to give refunds back.
