I have been using Apple since ages. The design and feel of their products are incomparable. iPhones - we all got them!
I’ve been using Apple products for a few years now and one of the best things about them is how smoothly everything works together. My iPhone connects instantly to my MacBook and iPad without any complicated setup, I can start writing notes on my phone and finish them on my laptop or answer calls or messages from any device which makes everything feel simple and convenient.
I called Tmobile to replace my sons damaged phone and ended up on the phone with AppleCare - I use Samsung so I am not used to this process - either way, while I was on the line with the rep I heard him whisper "stupid b*tch". Soooo 0/10 customer service. Two stars only because the new phone arrived quickly.
I always lost date when I try to transfer from phone to phone! I’ve bought many iPhones over the years and don’t like to use the cloud!! Apple has never allowed phone to phone transfer with all of my devices purchased!! They have only allowed information from the cloud to be downloaded causing me to lose my important date! They want you to buy cloud space to receive your data that way ! Even when I purchased cloud space, they have a hard time getting videos to the cloud. Not a good service all the way around and a gemmic money grab for them!! Please don’t respond apple cause you’re still crap !!

apple watch se second generation. The battery is so fast to drain. only used a day and already need to charge. But the experience is apple ecosystem is great. from watch to ipad and phone. i wish watched will have longer battery life next time
A few years back I bought some Apple air buds. When I got them home I noticed some crackling noise in my left ear piece.After I tapped it a few times, the crackling went away. Every time I used them I had to tap the left ear so the static would stop. I didn’t use them very often I thought it was something that I was doing wrong.A few months ago I went to use them and this time the static would not stop. So I thought, oh well there goes four hundred dollars down the drain.In February of 2026, I went on line to see if there was a way to repair these earbuds. I came across an article that stated that this static problem was a manufacturing problem that was well known in the industry.So I called the Apple Store in Newmarket Ontario .I was told to bring them in to the store and they would take care of the issue. Being a two hour drive from my home I decided to make an appointment so that I would not have to wait too long.So today I drove to the Newmarket store and met with a young man named Jarret who within 30 seconds after not even looking at the earbuds told that there was nothing he could do for me.So in conclusion to my lengthy message I would like to tell you people out there to never buy any product made by Apple because they are garbage and not worth the money they charge for them. The service is even worse.I will be discarding my IPhone 16 as soon as my contract is up in November along with my IPad, my Apple Watch and any else that I have that is remotely connected to Apple.I will not be buying anything that Apple makes or has anything to do with and I suggest you do the same.I have been an Apple customer for at least 25yrs but no more after the way I was treated at the Apple Store today.Hope this is helpful to you for the next time you are looking to purchase a smartphone etc.
My device screen suddenly turned green following a software update. There was no physical damage, no drop, no crack — which strongly suggests a software or display defect rather than user error.When I contacted Apple Technical Support, I did not feel that the representative was providing clear or helpful information to properly address the issue. The responses felt limited and procedural, without real investigation into whether this could be update-related.Because I did not feel adequately assisted, I specifically requested a senior technical support representative. When a customer asks for escalation, it is usually because they feel their concern is not being fully addressed. I expected more detailed troubleshooting, transparency, and reassurance. Instead, I was left feeling unheard.For a premium-priced product, customers deserve:Clear technical explanationsProper escalation when requestedThorough diagnostics when issues arise after updatesRespectful communicationA screen turning green is not a minor inconvenience. It impacts usability and raises legitimate concerns about software stability.Apple built its reputation on quality and strong customer service. I hope the company refocuses on listening to customers — especially when they raise potential software-related defects and ask for senior-level review.
Do not bother ordering anything that requires either store collection or home delivery from this company. This is now the second time they have completely wasted my time.I placed the order at 7:30am on Sunday 22/2/26 because the website clearly stated the phone was available for same-day store collection. By 2pm, I had received no confirmation email, so at my own expense and inconvenience, I travelled to the Apple Store Cardiff with proof of purchase.I was then told that Apple’s systems are shut down on Sundays between 9am and 3pm. So why advertise same-day collection if the system literally cannot process the order during those hours? It makes no sense.Staff advised me to wait around town until 3pm. I waited until 4pm — still no collection email. Despite my order clearly showing via email and on my account, the store refused to release the phone because their system had not updated. Completely pointless trip.The phone was needed that day for a birthday. Instead, I had to wait until Monday (23/2/26) afternoon for the credit to be returned before I could reorder. I chose express next-day delivery to avoid another wasted journey, only to receive a message saying “out for delivery today,” 24/2/26 which was then changed to Wednesday 25/6/26 - no apology. Apparently delivery dates are flexible depending on how much more of your time they feel like wasting.False advertising once might be a mistake. Twice is just poor service. For a premium brand with premium pricing, this is budget-level performance. Disorganised systems, misleading availability, and zero accountability.Disgusting service.

my apple watch deleted all my messages without me knowing, and since I don't have a phone I cant get them back.
Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆I am beyond disappointed with my recent service experience regarding a faulty keyboard replacement. I followed every step of their process, including putting down a $165 hold fee for the new part with the understanding it would be released once the repair steps were completed. Despite doing exactly what was asked of me, Apple has refused to return my money and continues to give me the run-around every time I call for an update.To make matters worse, they have been dishonest with my bank. When I reached out to Wells Fargo to resolve the issue, I discovered that Apple provided them with information that contradicts what they told me directly. It’s one thing to have a technical glitch in a refund; it’s another to actively mislead a financial institution to keep a customer’s deposit. I expected much better integrity from a company of this size. Avoid their mail-in or hold-based services unless you're prepared to fight for your money.

Keep on losing emails.Have to sign in to a web browser for the email provider to find my emails.On the Apple app, one minute they are there. The next they are gone. F’n hopeless.
Extremely bad customer service
I'm happy with the iPhone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good iPhone that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

DANAGER DANGER: 5037 Teal Petals St , North Las Vegas. We found an Apple phone on the ground on a public walk near this address. We wanted to return it but there was no identifying marks on it, it was locked and we could not signal the owner. We just waited all day hoping someone would phone so we could rendezvous a return to the rightful owner INSTEAD the mom of the child that lost the phone did the right thing and locked the phone BUT added a very ungrateful derogatory comment; “You a BIT$& HOW YOU TAKE A KID PHONE” Instead, the mom should have been grateful and added a return phone number or contact identifier. Not call us bit@&$ in her colloquial uneducated verbiage. Better yet, Apple ought to allow limited access to to iPhones that are locked as “lost” or, this low life mom should have added a screen saver or paper sticker inside the case with a number to call if this kid looses a phone. Shame on Mom and Apple please learn something from this. The mom lived at the address mentioned.
