I ordered from Arby's in Tifton GA and door dash never delivered my food order, the driver never called me and the food was delivered to the wrong address, after several attempts with door dash to obtain a refund, they refused to give me one, saying that the food was delivered, yes it was delivered to someone else at a different address, basically door dash said I was lying and would not refund my money, they are a very dishonest company and I would not use them ever

I ordered food online for pickup at a local restaurant through DoorDash and when I went to pickup, the restaurant was closed. But DoorDash had processed the payment through my PayPal account. They tell me they can't do anything to help me. The charge is "ineligible" for refund. The restaurant told me to call DoorDash.I will never use DoorDash again. Horrible customer service PLUS outrageous fees and charges.

if you want your food to be delivered by incompetent people thats the place... they hire literally anybody.. their employees probably have a combined IQ of 20.

WRONG ITEM AND NO REFUND!!!

Ordered a six-pack of Carvel ice cream sandwiches with no rolled sprinkles or cookie crumbs on them. Instead I received six individually wrapped ice cream sandwiches that were in poor condition due to previous melting and that had either sprinkles or cookie crumbs on the sides of all of them. Called customer service and was refused a full refund for the item I ordered plus a prorated tax refund.Escalated the case to a supervisor who said their software program would not permit a full refund. As I tried to type a written complaint at her request and then attach a photo of the items I received I encountered a problem with their program was unable to get past the photo attachment to submit my complaint. I told her that and was starting the complaint from scratch again when she said she had already spent too much time and hung up on me.After I was able to type my complaint, submit my photo and escalate the case once again, I received a curt final resolution reply that I was not eligible for any refund at all.I am a Chase Sapphire Reserve card holder and receive a free Door Dash monthly subscription and $25 in monthly Door Dash discounts, yet I WILL NEVER USE DOOR DASH AGAIN! I am now poised to dispute Door Dash's charge for my order once it posts and I'm confident Chase will see things my way. I am also going to file a complaint against Door Dash with the consumer bureau of the New York State AG's Office.Finally, I am copying this review and posting it wherever I can including on the website of the Better Business Bureau.SKIP DOOR DASH! Order from Uber Eats or GrubHub. The prices are the same but the level of respect for their customers is infinitely better.

Cold Food. Dasher had multiple stops before delivering. Fake delivery estimates. And lack of empathy for a two hour delivery and refuse to refund a single cent!

Absolutely Not Worth It

I ordered a sandwich and side salad with water. Then the driver changed the delivery time multiple times so I contacted him. He had 3 orders on the way. Not only would this make him almost an hour after they promised I was not allowed a refund. It’s bad enough the markup, the food if it arrives is cold and there are no refunds. I deleted the app.

Doordash Dump - STAY AWAY

Doordash delivered the wrong order, having picked up an order for another person with same first name. Crazy fees and random forced tips

High prices every menu item is 1 to 4 dollars the cost at the restaurant.. even with dash pass a meal of 4 can quick add to 20 dollars in added non sense.. also out of the 50+ times we have ordered maybe 3 times did I see a hotbag utilized... also speaking of hot.. if you want the food hot or drinks cold you better pay that 3 dollar extra fee to have it delivered straight to ya. In my experience you will need to microwave your food if you do not pay the extra fee.. washers utilize multiple apps your food delivery is uncommonly there only one...
