Tried to troubleshoot my vacuum with their support team. After purchasing a new battery and a new cyclone based on their advice, they later told me the charger was actually the issue. They refused to refund the battery because I had to wait for the cyclone to arrive, which pushed me past the 30-day return window.I spent over $300 trying to fix the vacuum based on incorrect and expensive advice. Very disappointing experience — I will not be purchasing from them again.

Ball vacuums
I've tried for years now to like my ball vacuum by dyson. I've had an upright vacuum with them before the old type of model which I liked, I have a stick vacuum which for the most part I like. But the ball vacuums are horrible. Whoever designed them apparently has never done a lot of cleaning. The suction is great sure and that's important however they are the most unstable vacuums if you want to use the attachment. When I first bought the vacuum the vacuum head constantly came off. You need to have the exact type of carpet for the vacuum head regardless of the adjustment because the suction is so hard it sticks and you can't push it. But I use it for my floors a lot to. With hardwood or tile with a brush on the attachment and I spend more time picking the vacuum up off the floor because of the way it's built. So all I can say is if you want this vacuum for anything but carpet I wouldn't buy it. There are other brands that have great suction and hose attachments that can stretch out and not have the vacuum fall over or collapse and probably for a better price. That's my opinion on Dyson Ball vacuums.

I purchased the Dyson Purifier Humidify + Cool PH2 De-NOx for approximately $800, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The unit had to be replaced six separate times, and none of the replacements lasted more than a few months before failing. At one point, I agreed to send the machine in for repair, but when it was returned, it came back visibly damaged.After multiple failures and ongoing frustration, I ultimately gave the unit away. Spending $800 on a product that repeatedly malfunctioned and could not be reliably repaired was unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

I own several Dyson products and have always loved them…told everyone about them…and encouraged many friends to buy them.Recently I called Dyson because my 2.5 year old Dyson Airwrap does not hold the attachments. He said, “if the cost to repair is too much, you do get 20% off of a new purchase!”I’m beyond frustrated after reading that this is a very common issue! My warranty ended 6 months ago and I am forced to make a decision on another Dyson at 20% off, that may have the same issue. At the extravagant cost of the air wrap, I’m not willing to buy another, even with the 20% discount and risk another expensive issue.So long Dyson!

Worst vacuum and company ever!!! Purchased brand new! It didn’t work so they sent me another main body! They sent the wrong one!! I called and said I want to return it and have UPS pick it up at my house! I was told they can’t do that, I have to go to UPS!!! I said I am an hour away from the nearest UPS!!! I was told I’m sorry we don’t have them pick up!!!!!! I am beyond 😡 they sent me one return label! I said I need a return label for the main body that was sent! I got told that is on me 🤬🤬🤬🤬 DO NOT BUY FROM DYSON!!!!!!

Dyson has set the ultra low bar for customer service. Contacted their support staff via their chat function to purchase a replacement remote for my AM07 fan. Before they would provide assistance they require your full name and email address for verification. That’s nonsense. Were I to purchase the remote from them I would provide this information. You wonder what mid-level managerial idiot came up with that idea.
