After paying my parcel I had to send it back (poor quality)- but I have found out, sending back is possible only on my expenses. This was one month ago, still waiting for my refund!Never ever shopping from Gap!
Too much delay in items, I am waiting for 1 week..this is not happy satisfaction... I don't order from here in my entire life.. very bad experience
I purchased 5 items on Nov 30. Got an email stating my items would be delayed on Dec 4. I waited as it’s a busy time of year. Nothing arrived and my shipping info status has not changed in one month. I called on Jan 2 and customer services explained that the item had been lost but as I had not called within 30 days I would not receive a refund (not even store credit, which I would have declined). I had no communications from Gap about this since the email about the delay. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute this charge. It’s a complete joke.
GAP is now a total let down. There is new management and the change is painful. The style and quality of clothing, especially their underwear has gone backwards, while paying more. Highly disappointed, as I have been a customer with GAP for more than 20 years

Was a loyal customer till someone stole my CC info and bought stuff from GAP online. Was notified bc shipping address was diff from billing (my address). Called GAP customer service right away (within minutes) of catching that thieving woman (I have her name and her address) GAP would NOT cancel that order!! Minutes after fradulant purchase they would not cancel. I will NEVER shop on their website again.
Loyal customer here (Enthusiast level), rewards program member and GAP credit card holder. I make high-value purchases at Gap, Gap Factory and Old Navy. I had to reach out to Customer Service via chat. They have either a Virtual Assistant or agents based in India (outsourced Customer Service). They have no email address where they can be contacted. The agents based in India are totally inefficient and act more like bots, copying and pasting canned responses and trying to get rid of you as soon as possible. They say they can't escalate to managers. GAP does not care for their "valued" customers. I will definitely consider taking my business elsewhere, where I feel really valued.
Ordered stuff for my niece for Christmas, they took my money then cancelled my order a few hours later, saying suspected fraud. Will never shop here again

my nieces are all about fashion and all the trendy clothes, but I am according to them lagging behind in fashion ...so they always bring up this clothing brand. gap....funny thing when I hear this "gap" for me it is like gap year lol...😅 weird association but whatever lol....just a week ago they dragged me into the local store so had a nice tour there..i am not a pro in choosing the best clothes, but i can see that quality of the brand is good, cant deny that, however I beleive that some of their clothes arent that good in design, so whatever...nieces know better perhap[s
I was charged $50 surcharge for paying Gap bill 1 day late! The item was only $20. Never shop them again. Their customer service is terrible!!!! Don't shop there!

The overwhelming use of poly blend material is just not good enough. Cotton and wool natural fibres are best, linen wrinkles are ok. What happened to the great cotton track pants wth metal grommets wth nice thick ties? Why can I never find the stuff the models display? Why do the models look so very unhappy? If this is the social statement, then lower your prices like Walmart and TEMU and drop the pretension.
Gap has been a go to since i was a child. I am now 40 years old and am happy say i still shop at the Gap. I feel as tho they have gotten better in the last few years with design, listening to the customers wants, and keeping their merchendise budget friendly.

Was waiting for an order to be delivered and then Canada Post went on strike. A month after I placed my order, I received a notice that the order, which had been labelled as ‘undeliverable’ (understandably so), had been returned and a refund in process. However, I really wanted the items so I tried to order again but they are SOLD OUT. I complained to customer service about this ridiculous process and they just defended the Gap.I’m sorry, but I would have liked the option to have my order delivered to me, as strike was over day I received email about refund. I got a few baby gap outfits for my son and they look really adorable. the material is soft and gentle on his skin, perfect for daily wear. however, I was a bit disappointed that the fabric sharnks slightly after washing. the prices are also on the higher side compared to other brands. Still the design are stylish and comfy enough for casual days.
I want to return an item. On the initial order it says go to the help section on their website. There isn’t one.
In September I made a sizeable purchase at Old Navy/Gap. Purchase #: 1NHHWY0. One item was shipped separately, Sublime T shirt size S. It has never arrived!!! I have tried contacting UPS multiple times and have filed a claim, however I have not heard back from either UPS or Gap. The tracking shows it was delivered to Dartmouth, but I live in halifax, the next town over. I still have not received this item, and it was supposedly delivered back on September 24. I have tried multiple times other get in touch with Gap customer service on their own website and the agents do not even respond to my inquiry, they read it (almost word for word what I've written above) and then ignore and leave the chat. I am going to have to file a chargeback on my visa and I am very upset that gap will not help me with this order, I would never purchase from them again.
