Carla at Rotherham park gate is a diamond !! I’ve been searching for a dress that was out of stock online and in most stores. I asked her if she had it in stock and she went out of her way to find it for me in the stock room as we couldn’t find it on the shop floor. She went bone and beyond and her customer service was amazing. Thank you

I’m disappointed with this purchase

I’m disappointed with this purchase. The jacket arrived visibly dirty and not in the condition described. As it’s from H&M, I expected it to be clean and ready to wear. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Please make sure items are properly checked before shipping.

Really poor customer service

Had issue with delivery. Parcel stuck in transit and H&M useless at helping. Also sent returns and have proof of my return with tracking and H&M saying Evri have not delivered it to them. H&M staff don’t care and don’t make Evri accountable for the issues the courier services are causing. They need to switch to another courier service!

Return policy is unrealistic

Return policy is unrealistic. My tag came off while trying a cardigan on at home. Item was wrong shade and I did not wear it to my event. Sales associate informed me I could not return item because tag was off. I had tag and receipt. She proceeded to question my integrity because “how does she know the tag fell off”? As if she’s really important. I left and called customer service number on receipt. They apologized and told me to return to store, ask for manager, and call them while in the store if I had more issues. The same clerk called for manager then proceeded to say in front of her current customers that “this lady is getting upset with me”. I didn’t raise my voice one time. She was so rude and unprofessional! Manager refunded my sweater. Oh….and they charge .10 for a bag and may or may not tell you. Really?? You need a dime that bad? Total power trip over 20 bucks! Some may flip that on me to ask why bother for 20 bucks-it was the principle at that point! NEVER shopping there again.

UNTRUSTWORTHY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I thought it was just me with bad experience but apparently it's not. I literally returned a product back yet I never got to know whether they have refunded me or not and I can't even contact the customer service properly.I LITERALLY lost 1800 rupees, will never ever come back again. Quality and Disappointing Customer Service

I’ve shopped at H&M for years hoping to find affordable, trendy clothing, but my recent experience has been really disappointing.The quality of the items I bought this time was shockingly low. After wearing a couple of pieces only a handful of times, the stitching started coming undone and colors began fading. Clothes that looked nice in the store just didn’t hold up in real life. It feels like H&M has cut corners on materials and construction.When I went to return the items, the in-store staff acted uninterested and unhelpful. They made me feel like my complaint was an inconvenience rather than a legitimate issue with product quality. It took multiple tries just to get someone to process the return, and there was no apology or explanation for the poor craftsmanship.On top of that, sizing has become completely inconsistent. Even items with the exact same size label fit very differently, making shopping frustrating and unpredictable.Overall, for a brand that’s supposed to offer affordable fashion, the experience felt like a waste of money. Between the flimsiness of the clothes and the lack of committed customer service, I’m seriously reconsidering shopping here again.

Very disappointed. I am waiting for my refund. Have contacted 2 times already, both times said will have my refund in up to 24 hours. I contacted them today again. They said wait for another 24 hours and my discount and case number will be sent to my email in 2-3 min. Did I received it?? No!! Thats a shame!!! I want my refund otherwise I will take further action.

Customer support is very poor. I returned the product over a month ago, but I still haven’t received my refund. There has been no proper response or update from the customer support team despite repeated follow-ups.very disappointing. I hope the issue is resolved soon and the refund is processed immediately.

Delivery is painfully slow

Delivery is painfully slow. Last week I was on day 10 after placing an order with no update.Then, they had the nerve to send out an email saying free next day delivery today if you order by 9. How about completing the orders that are already backed up and paid for before offering this???They have to improve and offer an annual next day delivery pass for £10 like other retailers. I can’t buy anything for a specific event as I have no idea when an order will arrive.

Always find nice things for the kids both in store and online. The £5 voucher for recycling a bag of clothes is a great idea and helps save a bit too. Makes shopping there even better.
