I booked online a few days ago and noticed I had spelt a passenger name wrong. Within 40 mins of sending an email my problem was solved. Absolutely brilliant. Can’t praise the company enough.

booking #6E514X2The agency left us as dogs on a Petrolimex gas station 21 in Da Nang on our way from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh (cca 1000 km) waiting a sleeper bus from the operator An Binh Quang Binh that never came. The operators hotline never answered us. We waited a ghost bus for 7 hours. Left alone in the night with no substitute transportation or solutions to our problem we found a "kamikaze" taxi driver who took us 1000 km to HCM and luckily arrived to our scheduled flight back home. Be damned for good 12go, for good.
Terrible experience. We travelled from Phi Phi to Ko Samui via speedboat, van then ferry. The van driver went into our bags when we went to the toilet around an hour from the pier and stole approx £250 from us. I complained to 12Go who have done nothing and said that they would only act if we have photo evidence or can locate the driver or Van. Pathetic excuse, they should screen the companies they use to transport passengers, and as an absolute minimum be able to identify the van driver that took us across Krabi. We will not be the last ones that this can driver will steal from unfortunately as not enough diligence been done by 12Go and too much anonymity with who actually drives you about . Be. Mindful when booking with this company - And be very careful when travelling via van.
The driver was great. He communicated as soon as i got on the bus and made it known all the stops he would make, for how long and where. He was patient and friendly. I did contact the customer service number on the voucher, person responded and did help out. Also updated and informed me about the driver's delay. Person spoke English which was good.

Booking was simple and when it wasn't got very good support from them. Even without paying for the extra-whatever package, I got a reply in about 5 minutes to my email. Happy days.

The feedback was quick and polite. Unfortunately he is unable to confirm I have train tickets yet which is a bit frustrating. However I think this is outwith his control right now, not his fault
This company overcharged us by a factor of 2.4x. The real cost of the ticket we found on the bus to be a fraction of what they charged us. And we didn't receive any benefit from the higher charge. When we notified them of this they gave a b.s. response. In Sri Lanka use website such as Dialog (telecommunication company) who will provide a better service.

Best travel and transfer operator in Asia
I booked a transfer from Vientiane to Kong lor on Go12 Asia. The transfer was supposed to be provided by Family Service at the Memory Hotel, where I specifically chose to stay. The departure was scheduled from there at 8:00 am. Instead, they took me to the bus station and the transfer was provided by an old, uncomfortable, and dirty public bus instead of a van. At 10:00 am, I paid 380,000 kip. I don't understand why they didn't give advance notice.
