2. Reviews
- Reviews must reflect your genuine experience with the company
- You may not post reviews for companies you have not done business with
- Reviews must not contain hate speech, personal attacks, or illegal content
- You may not post fake reviews, whether positive or negative
- Businesses may not offer payment or incentives in exchange for positive reviews
3. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the reviews you write. By posting a review on Trust Plane, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your review on our platform.
4. Moderation
We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these terms. Companies cannot request removal of honest negative reviews, but they can report reviews that contain false statements or violate our policies.
5. Company Profiles
Company profiles on Trust Plane may be created by users or by the company itself. Unclaimed profiles are managed by Trust Plane. Companies can claim their profile by integrating with our platform.
6. Disclaimer
Trust Plane provides a platform for user-generated reviews. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of individual reviews. Use your own judgment when making purchasing decisions based on reviews.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Trust Plane after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
