What a pile of **** company

What a pile of **** company. I don’t think anyone actual works in the Helpdesk. Appears responded to by some pile of **** bot. No one human bothers to respond to queries. Or even works here. Why is it that companies want to take your money but cannot be bothered to provide a contact number so you can talk to a human. Will never ever buy from 2XU ever again and will stick to Gorewear who you can actually talk to a human being. Useless company and useless’Customer Service’ if it can at all be described as such!!

Returns process a joke

Clothes are excellent. But returns and getting your money back is a joke. Shipped a return on 1/12/25 and don’t have my money on 29/12/25. They quote 5-10 days to process a return. And another 5-10 days to get your money. Amazon do it instantly you ship. These guys are amateur.

I have brought 2 pairs of 2XU Women…

I have brought 2 pairs of 2XU Women high waisted compression tights and both pair have faulty pockets on the side come apart so you can’t use the side pockets, also both pill on the material around the waist. I paid $150 each for them. And because they were pass the warranty 1 year of purchase they wouldn’t replace or refund. So they don’t last at all. I’ve had other brands that have lasted 5-10 years. These are cheaply made and sold for expensive prices. Definitely not made to last. Unhappy with the customer service was well. Only offered me a small discount that was already on there website for everyone. I not be buying again from 2XU.

2XU arm sleeves poor quality didnt last 1 gym session

Purchased 2XU arm sleeves and one developed a tear during the 1st gym session. Upon inspection both have lots of runs in the fabric and will unravel soon

Preopel:2 Wetsuit falling apart

I bought a Preopel:2 Wetsuit and after about 4 uses it started to literally come apart at the seams.Granted I did buy it on special, but it was still $420. I've now worn it about 10 times and it failing at multiple points.Very unhappy and will be switching back to Orca for all my future wetsuits.

Do not buy from this site... buyer beware...I purchased 2 pairs of tights off the nz website, they come from an Australian warehouse out of melbourne. Mad delays Im still waiting its been 20 days from the date of purchase! And you can't deal with the post office from nz - so it has to be back and forth via email. Shocking!! Im so disappointed... 30 days later I managed to get a refund! Glad its over!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE -I bought two wetsuits and returned them - One was wrong size and the next one just didnt fit right. This was over a month ago and i havent had any refund. They have sent a really poor email to say they are looking into it but still no refunds on £800..... When they do communicate, the comments are misleading and they are trying to scam me out of a refund. DO NOT BUY from them - They are hopeless and scammers

Terrible Service - AVOID

Terrible!Returned items delivered/received by 2XU on May 30. Their website state 4-5 days processing. Nothing happens. I contacted them and after many days/delays nothing useful came from themToday June 17th and no sign of a refund. They dont reply to emails and no means of contacting them. I hope anyone who is considering buying from 2XU would read all these reviews about their bad service. I wish I had.

Have 2 pairs of 2xu shorts and the quality is terrible, the logo and any reflective material has peeled off within the span of their first 3 months. Would not recommend buying 2xu clothing to anyone.

The garments themselves are actually quite nice. The reason I would advise everyone not to shop with this company is their customer service is hideously bad. Good luck getting a refund if you need to return something anytime soon.

Was a little bit skeptical due to the reviews on here, but took a chance and ordered anyway. Delivery was fast, my order came in 2 days, quality is excellent and customer service was good. I've run several half marathons and about to run my first full marathon this year and will be wearing the T-Shirt from 2XU.

Poor service and communication

Ordered two wetsuits from 2XU. Was provided a size guide that might have been for action men as the wetsuit ran comically small. In regards to my second wetsuit, purchased at the same time they never sent it. After a few weeks I enquired about the whereabouts and i was told they didn't have that in stock anymore and it took me to enquire about this before anything was done. Extremely poor result and won't be using 2XU again.

Terrible e-commerce

Terrible e-commerce, no tracking number or any type of notification that the order is being processed or dispatched, no ability to create an account makes for much frustration, leaving you with the questions, is my order actually happening, yet the money is definitely paid out. Took 12 days for my order to arrive, I guess I am lucky it actually happened. No I won’t be buying anything online from these guys moving forward, I will just go to the likes of rebel sport in future and buy it from the store. A great example of how to get it all wrong.

With this price point I expect great quality from start to finish. What I’ve experienced is useless from start to finish.After saving up to buy a pair of these compression tights I am so upset that after two washes they are now unwearable. I basically paid £35 per hour wear these!After two washes the drawer string has come totally out and now they literally fall down when I run, do any type of weights, they aren’t wearable.Upon contacting customer services they said they understood my frustration but proceeded to say there was nothing they could do. I have tried for hours to try and loop it back round but to no avail - I won’t be shopping with them again.

Zero customer service

Zero customer service, delivery company says order returned due to unreadable address 2xu say order fulfilled. No response from only contact which is email. Good products if you get them.Update: Finally got response blaming me for an incorrect delivery address, I pointed out my full address is on my account on there website and items had previously been delivered. Customer services have disappeared again. Utter rubbish.
