Didn't even read my problem

I have actually been having the same issue for the past few days and trying to understand what happened. The last time I sent a support ticket, it took a couple of days to get a response and then I finally got a response that didn't read my problem at all, otherwise they would have answered very differently. Didn't see any of the screenshots I sent either. Don't expect any better or faster support if you pay for your account!

Read and listen to the call logs terrible service with lots of communication breakdown and lack of empathy for the customer. It was their own mistake and yet I have to suffer and wait even longer due to bad service.

They pretend to care

Im disabled and have to take care of my wife and son on odsp because even with an education and real world experience cant get a job anymore. She takes care of me now and our apartment has mold issues, walls falling apart, heating doesnt work and the list goes on like 500 dawes rd. We are 608 dawes rd and we get ignored because we are WHITE CANADIANS! they came in and did NOTHING and walked away without a care in the world. Even as 311 covers up and hides the facts. Its a waste of time to try and get help from either. They refuse to do anything without donations...yah sure as the poorest ppl on odsp and old age pension to DONATE MONEY WHEN YOU DONT EVEN CARE TO HELP!! they say if u dont donate we dont help basically. Worst and biggest frauds just like rob ford.

The support took my money

Acorns WAS a good investment app. It screwed me over! I had issues with my checking account because it was showing a negative balance of -$5.00! So of course, I contacted support. They explained something that made sense so I said thank you and went on my day. Couple days later, my checking account still shows a negative balance and half my investments are gone. Should I sue Acorns xD
