Could not find any white RGB Memory sticks for my PC build till I ran into the XPG Lancer White RGB sticks and they perform amazing and look sleek and neatly fit my white PC Build :) on a side note, it also turned out to be compatible with my ROG components and they compliment each other in appearance & compatability.
Using several Adata ED600 USB hard drive enclosures I was satisfied with mechanical and performance implementation.Receiving Adata XPG EX500 USB hard drive enclosures I was disappointed about the mechanical implementation which was like very bad far east work: Cheap feel, fiddly to open, inaccurate locking mechanism, instructions printed in small type on the packaging.
In the past I have bought cheaper brands for solid state mass storage, ADATA are the worst I have experienced for reliability, all of my ADATA drives have failed including an expensive 2TB Nvme SSD which failed within 6 months, I tried to contact customer support and was ignored.PLEASE SPEND A LITTLE MORE ON MASS STORAGE IF YOU CAN, IT'S A FALSE ECONOMY TO BUY THESE SUB STANDARD BRANDS.
Please do not buy the Adata swordfish i unfortunatly made that mistake after not even 1 year i had blue screens for months and as soon as i went back to my old ssd they were gone now the ssd is not acesseable at all anymore every program either cant acess it or says that it has 1024kb or something like that now i cant even do a clean wipe or anything to fix it and writing with the support is also something every time i want to answer the support mind you via they link they gave me i get this: (è¦æ±‚實體太大,無法顯示網é 。) each time and if i would want to get it looked at the first time at least where the support somewhat worked i would have had to pay around 50-100 euros depending how fast and secure it should be as far as i know the adata swordfish as of right now costs around 90 euros where its not even worth to send it back and also the read/write speed goes down crazy after a short time already so once again just buy a tad more expensiv ssd so you dont have to deal with what adata is hopefully because i just lost around 700gb of data luckly nothing to important but imagine if it would be important data of how much money you might have to spend simply for how bad those ssds are and you might lose everything like i did just to make it completly clear dont buy it its a waste of money and if you dont live close to Taiwan even more points to not get it because i doubt anyone wants to spend more money on shipping a package then the actual ssd is worth currently also the entire site of the support it basically 2 boxes and the design from it is also very ugly and also a clip from the support message i got: Please notice the warranty ADATA provides on ADATA products (“products”) is limited to repair and inspect in-warranty products, exclusive of data recovery and back up. ADATA shall not be liable for any damages and/or loss of data stored in products.mind you i extra paid more to have the "better" warrenty that goes 5 years so yeah final words dont waste your money on this
I bought two ADATA harddrives and they became so slow after 6 times of use that I can barely use it. Never will I buy from this brand again. Two harrddrives and my hard earned money in the trash. You are welcome to give me my money back, guess that's never going to happen.
It is simply incredible that a company of this size does not have an RMA service in Europe and forces customers to ship to Taiwan for an SSD that is still under warranty: shipping to Taiwan costs more than buying the piece again. You are indecent; never ADATA again
Stay away from this brand. Waste of money and time.I have been waiting for an answer from their support for over a month. Non of the phone numbers you can find on their webpage is useful. Since nobody answers on the US, German or Dutch number. The completely new sealed package DDR5 6600 MHz ram sticks even had rust on the sticks on the metal part. Many rust spots...
I bought an ADATA drive, it's so slow I am barely use it. Who is even crazy enough to make such a product. Stay away from this brand.
Bought a high end SSD from them and started getting Blue screens of death everyday. I saw that the firmware needed to be updated so I installed their useless broken software (the only way you can update drivers is through a poorly made software, not even an ISO image) only for it to say that there was an unexpected error, which is not documented anywhere, and theres 0 info about it. Needless to say, they dont pick up the phone, their website is down 24/7 and after a week of sending an email they still havent responded. So much for a "price-quality" brand that cant even assign a person to attend emails.
Impossible to contact support. Here are your choices if you need support with your adata product: call them and have them not pick up, nevigate their poorly structured website and fill out a form and never get a response, or email them and get no response.
Bought an ADATA HD330 4TB USB 3.1 Shock-Resistant Extra Slim External Hard Drive. The thing barely works. Transferring large files continuously seems to kill the disk at random intervals. Need to unpllug and replug it in and delete the file which was last copying since it is now corrupt and start again.Cannot be relied on for anything other than a paper weight.
The best product I have bought in adata SSD disks in 2.5 format, without a doubt a good writing and reading speed, you can feel the difference compared to my previous mechanical disk so far everything works wonderfully, I would definitely buy it again and above all at a very good price compared to other more renowned brands.
My drive failed well within warranty. Their support website seems to be persistently down, the customer support form does not allow submissions and displays a try again later error (as others here have detailed), the RMA form suggests there are unfilled fields and won't allow submission even though there aren't any missing items, the 'contact us' facility displays a server error. There is no support email listed. I have attempted to email their main Europe address which is the only one I can find anywhere, from other posts here I don't hold out much hope.
I have build my pc with adata ram (128gb) and 2 tb ssd pice 4.0 till now I am very happy with the performance and the quality of the product.
Absolutely Horrible! I recieved a dead new stick of ram right out of the box and it is dead. I have tried contacting support for months. I never get an answer. I also tried to contact the chat, still no answer. Well they closed my help request all without ever helping me and sent me an end user survey that started with the lowest score being 60x and you could leave them a score of 60 (out of 100) which as you know, this forces you to give them a good score because 60 is still better than 50. I will never ever buy from or support AData products ever again. Shame on your TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. If you buy from adata expect it to be a one and done final sale. They will NOT honour their warranty. They will NOT help you.
I wish I could give them a ZERO or even a negative rating.I tried for over a month to get a RMA for a SSD under warranty. The button to click on to submit a RMA request does not work. I contacted Adata via Amazon twice. The second time, I was instructed to gather several things and email them to Adata "support". I did so THREE times and never got a response.I repair and upgrade computers for other residents and staff at the nursing home I live in and will no longer recommend Adata SSDs. I hope no one that purchased an Adata SSD on my recommendation runs into a problem.
This company showing on their website a lot of facilities in all the world, but if you need assistance no one answer at telephone, they forcing customers to send defect Items to Taiwan at own costs although they have facilities in all the world, in Europe for example they don't accept anymore RMA sent to Holland, I suspect that this is a planned tactic to discourage Customers to ask for RMAs , the only thing i can sugget is to avoid Adata and buying from Companies with REAL RMA Departments in Europe.......don't waste your money with them.
Trying to RMA an SSD is a complete joke! None of the RMA forms work properly, either the UK one or their homepage one - is it really beyond the wit of a huge company like ADATA to get this sorted out? All my submissions failed because of form errors...now what?I for one, will never buy an ADATA product again, and I will advise my PC repair customers to avoid them too.
I find it not acceptable that such a big company that wants to sell their products all over the world only accepts RMA in Taiwan, returning the goods in Taiwan is very expensive and currently because of the pandemic the delivery time is really longer, it can take several months for a product exchange, I hope that more and more customers of Adata will complain because this is just not possible, an RMA approval was in the Netherlands and was closed for no reason, it looks like it was done deliberately to leave the customers in trouble.Very bad, I prefer to buy from companies that accept RMA in the European Union to be honest.
