Good software. Service sucks!I just need to update my credit card details. No can do. Why? Who knows?Super, super, super annoying.
nazi services.
Fantastic platform for their creators not fopr the users! Unneceseraly complicated. not good explanations. and it turned my usage automatically to free trial without asking me.
If you are a small and growing business read this review first!!!The tool is great, but I've been tricked into using it and now as our company is growing a bit I need to consider buying a premium account which I did not mind before discovering the prices! 20$ per user per month from $0 to $1'440. We are 6 people so it would now be more expensive than our Office 365 licenses. Of course we will not pay that. If you are reading this review reach out to the team at Stackby (use the contact form), they offered me a special discounted price to get me a client (and there tool is equivalent to airtable).
This company is a scam . You pay for portal and they take randomly huge amount of money on your bank account at the end of the month saying you didn’t invite people as guest but as collaborator . They make the worst users management system on purpose to trick you and steal from you. I would strongly recommend to find another option and ask yourself , do I really need this ? 99 % of the time a sheet is fine and you will not be stolen . I regret BADLY giving it a try
It doesn't do anything that can't be done with Excel and a bit of SQL. Documentation is scarce and contradictory. Automations don't work. Triggers are broken and can't be assigned to a button. It crashes at least once a day. Interface doesn't make any sense and appears to have been designed by an ape. I can't find a single good thing to say about this piece of garbage.
A great tool and customer service were very helpful when I have issues. Notably Kris, Lenin and Mariano!
I was considering using this as a CRM for the company I work for, so set up a free trial to see what it can do. Trial was coming to an end, so I went to cancel it. Nowhere in the account is there an option, and the FAQs advise changing to the free plan to cancel - great. As soon as I clicked 'Change Plan' it deducted $240 from my automatically.Emailed support (a bot most likely) and got a canned answer requesting more info. It's telling me up to 15 working days to get a refund. That's if it actually does what it's supposed to - after I provided the information requested, no further responses - never again.
Airtable is probably my favourite software. I run my whole business on it, keeping track of projects, customers, issues, invoices, etc. etc. It's like Google Sheets, but way more powerful, and more intuitive to use. It's the best-designed app I've ever used to be honest.
Absolutely terrible! First you get directed to an FAQ. Which is not quick answers as it should be. The bot(s) replied to my email three times with a "we'll get back to you shortly". Finally my email was replied to and it still didn't answer my question. WOW! Do better, please.
Absolutely terrible.Notification spam, AI features being pushed left and right, no mobile option for settings, terrible functionality. Do not use
I like Airtable
I signed up for a $24 program and was billed $167. They gave me a prorated amount back and they said I added "Billable Collaborators." I asked who and they said these random names - they were people I shared the form with - not quite sure why I got billed for what they said "clear billing terms" when I shared my form. I guess the permissions were wrong, and it allowed these people to manually add themselves without my knowledge to my space, and therefore, I got billed. The emails were pretty condescending and in a word, said your fault, buddy, tough luck. I have about 20-30 clients I will make sure never use this company.
a bit complicated and confusing, but, when i started to explore it ,i understood the potential off airtable.now i manage 80% of my work through it.thank you for the endless opportunities!!just hope you make it accessible in different languages.
While Airtable is a great product, the pricing is terrible. Here are two pricing traps to be aware of:* When you upgrade from a Team to Business plan, you cannot downgrade without deleting almost your entire base to a free plan. Then you can upgrade back to a Team plan.* The monthly usage does not reset even if you pay for a new month.Customer service reached out to apologize for one bad interaction and claimed they would do something to make it right, but never did anything.
Airtable has anything you may need, but it is slooooooow! Even with a good internet connection. For me this is a show stopper because I cannot use it at all for frequent quick queries on the mobile, or for adding a record on the fly. It is really a pity. It could be solved with an off-line version.
Airtable has become one of the main powerhouses of my business. It’s the perfect blend of spreadsheet simplicity and database power, allowing me to organize, track, and connect every moving piece of my operations. What makes it stand out is its flexibility — I can adapt it to almost any workflow, from inventory management to project planning. The integrations and automation options save me hours every week, and the interface makes it easy for my team to collaborate without a steep learning curve. I can’t imagine running my business without it.
I wouldn't be able to do any of my work without Airtable. I use it literally for every aspect of my work and also sometimes for my personal life. Automations, interfaces, tracking... I woudln't be able to function without it!
Clicked the "book a demo" CTA and signed up so I could have someone walk me through the platform and suggest some tools for the sort of solutions I am looking for. Their platform look rich and had a TON of options. I put time aside in my schedule for this demo, and upon showing up there seemed to be some confusion. The rep on zoom seemed to think I was already using airtable, and that I wanted to upgrade to Enterprise plan. I explained that I filled out the "book a demo" section, and explained a bit about my business. The rep immediately just sends me links to tutorials and screenshares the pricing page. I confirmed with her that I did fill out a book a demo, and she confirmed I wouldn't be getting a demo today. The conversation quickly became hands-off, impersonal, and made me feel like I was wasting her time. She didnt apologize for the confusion or misunderstanding. And did not confirm that the book a demo call is for booking demos, when I mentioned this confusing CTA.Reps name was Heather
