The shop at the orbital retail pack in…

The shop at the orbital retail pack in Cannock I noticed I am being profiled and micro racism from a staff. On 2 occasions after self checking out she asked if I remembered to take my receipt. The first time I didn't take it into consideration but the second time raised my eyebrows. I asked myself why she would ask if I got my receipt again when I actually have the option of not taking a receipt. Today I went shopping, I got what I needed and then went to get candles. I later left the candles and went to self check out. After scanning my items and proceeding to pay, this very same staff came ask why I did not scan the candles. Accusing me of stealing while paying.I was angry, gave her my bag to search and asked if she was profiling me. When I raised my voice, a cashier on the till asked me to leave the shop which made me even angrier. The manager came, I told her what happened and she responded that her colleague was just doing her job. I got accused of stealing what was not in my bag while paying and all the manager had to say was I was creating a scene.

Extremely Poor Customer Service! No Phone Number!

These jokers don't honor your requested curbside pick-up time. It's like almost the end of the hour before they finally contact you and proclaim the shopper finally started shopping. At least tell us you're running late while we waste our time waiting and wondering what you're doing! Get a phone number already! It's insane you can't contact anyone except through an online form, and they never get back to you! No way to cancel an order! They're crazy! They also have a nasty knack of deleting items from a saved cart after a week!

I visited the Waynesburg

I visited the Waynesburg, PA Aldi today. The cashier, Lee, was very rude and unfriendly. She did not smile, nor thank anyone in her line. She acted like customers were annoying her. Aldi has great prices, but good Customer service is very important! I will not return to this location.

Aldi on Pontiac Ave

Aldi on Pontiac Ave, Cranston. On Jan 3, 2026, I was shopping and could not reach an item on the top shelf of the cheeses. I could not see the feta cheese items in the box way above my head, so I pulled the box down. Several of the soft wrapped cheeses fell on my head. However, there was a heavy plastic feta box that hit my head, opened up on my coat, clothes, and new leather boots - the feta cheese juice ruined my things. I complained to the general manager at the Aldi on Pontiac Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island. He told me it has happened before with other customers and he has complained to upper management; however, no one above him would make a change so that cheese with juice would not fall on the Aldi customers. I find this appalling, and in addition to this complaint, I will make online complaints for this store location. In addition, when this happened unexpectedly to me, I was dressed to go out and had to go home and change and launder my clothes. I ended up being late to my engagement, which made me mad. I also had to go and buy leather cleaner as my boots smelled like feta cheese. And I took my coat to the cleaners. I expect compensation for this from ALDI. And the next time I am in the store, if I see items on the upper shelf that cannot be seen because the are in boxes, I will complain again. This is inexcusable! You have had multiple complaints!!!! I wanted to give ZERO stars but it did not allow it.

½ inch socket set from Aldi…

Bought a ½ inch socket set from Aldi this week as I need to change the front coil spring on my car and needed a second socket set. These were on offer for £7.99 so i thought I'd give it a try.I went to take the wheel off using my 750mm ½ inch breaker bar but the nuts were solid so i thought it a good opportunity to test the Aldi / Workzone 17mm socket. I had to get a 2 meter bar which I slid over the breaker bar and I had to literally swing on it to break the wheel nuts loose and the 17mm Aldi socket handled it no problem.I wasn't expecting much with it only being £7.99 BUT its properly surprised me just how good and how strong the sockets are.So if your looking for a decent quality but very reasonably priced socket set i can DEFINITELY recommend the Aldi one and it was so good i ended up using the Aldi ratchet and sockets instead of the Halfords Advanced socket set i have.5☆☆☆☆☆

Dog food all Irish crap with gravy no other choice no other brands on the shelves only dried stuff with no nutrition wouldn't feed to my dog who passed 6months ago I wonder why it's all Irish is it because that's where Aldi .com are based for tax purposes or are they. No stilton cheese nobody to ask difficult pathway to negotiate because of pallets.

Was at Aldi in Eau Claire

Was at Aldi in Eau Claire, Wi. Check out girl asked me to load everything back in my cart and go to a different check out lane. Said I have too many items and it would slow her down. Yet she didn't ask the 3 people behind me to switch check out. Convenience is not my responsibility. She was very rude. When I called her out for i, she acted offended. Why do they hire people like this??🤷‍♂️

Got Milk

I have been going to Aldi for a little over 2 years now, for the most part the store and products are great. As of late it seems they are having a hard time keeping the half gallons of organic whole milk stocked. Yesterday again there was no milk on the shelf. I went to the door of the walk-in cooler, opened the door and called out to see if I could get assistance, there was no reply. There was no signage saying to stay out or employees only so I went in the cooler I located a case of opened milk and got 3 half gallons. At the checkout there was a older woman asking the checker about no whole organic milk on the shelf. The checker never attempted to call for someone to check the cooler. The customer let the clerk know she needed milk for her grandchildren. The customer tried again, telling the checker that she had come in for the last 3 days and could not find the milk, still NO help. I gave the woman 2 of my half gallons, as I have no grandchildren at home. I have been in customer service over half my life, this is NOT a good way to deal with customers. The checker could have and should have called for assistance, this is the 3rd time I've watched this checker acting in this manner. I really hope there is some type of improvement, because I won't continue to do my shopping at a store that treats their customers badly

I walked in the Aldi on University and Lexington about 5 mins ago, and saw what appeared to be drugs on the ground, and immediately handed it to the associate who was in sight, short Mexican. Then I continued to shop and I be damn, security said I had to go. Bc im black they assumed it was mine, or show prejudice, didn't ask me what, when, how, where, etc. So I said this your store, imagine if a kid picked it up. Then what, I demand a public apology bc they planted it there, they laughed at me, I still bought something from there but not anymore, Aldis is worst than ICE, joking around. Not funny.

Apparently no staff discount?

I like the produce but according to a staff member here in England UK you don't give staff any discount except at Christmas via a Christmas discount/bonus. I was shocked they don't get any all year round discount

I visited the ALDI Nord branch at Arminstraße 27, 32756 Detmold. Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude and customer service were very poor. The employees were unhelpful, and overall this was the worst supermarket experience I have had in Germany.

Instacart Aldi's on line robbery

I shop on line through instacart well the other day I ordered some pork I was charged 7.79 for the pork chops when I got them the package said 4.77 but I was using my food stamps so I called customer service and she told me that Aldi's is the one that make the price on line they said that two chops was 5 something a pound so I ordered lb and a half which came two 7.79 like they gave me 1.45 lbs at 3 something a lb which was 4.77 so I asked don't they scan the items to make sure the prices is right I was told yes but that was a lie because I would had been charged 4.77. I was told I would be refunded the difference by instacart but that was a lie to so now it got me to thinking all the times I been using instacart ordering from Aldi's I have been getting cheated I also ordered grapes got a bad bunch and the price was a lie on it two so it would had been cheaper for me to get on the bus to do my shopping. Why I didn't because I had just had hip surgery but I bet I want be shopping on line again. Because greed has taken over I'm verly making as it is in they steeling from the poor. 😭SAD

One of my more frequent shops

I do most of my shopping at Aldi in Alcoa, Tennessee. It’s one of my preferred places to shop as someone on a low income. Due to nerve damage in my feet, legs, and back, having a smaller store to shop in is really helpful. The staff there are always polite and friendly. However, I’ve had several issues with buying food that turns out to be bad once I get home, and unfortunately, I don’t drive, so returning it isn’t usually an option. While I understand there are discounts on items that are near or past their expiration date, I rarely use those since the prices are already reasonable. A lot of the produce, especially the fruits, is often bad or near bad. I can rarely buy potatoes because they tend to smell like they’re about to go bad due to moisture. Usually, I have to go to Walmart for fresh produce, but I only get there if I can arrange a ride. I’ve been to the Maryville location once, which is farther from me, and I was pleased to find no bad food when I got home. I’m not sure if the staff doesn’t check the food properly or if they’re unaware of the issues, but in Alcoa, I’ve experienced quite a few problems with perishable items. I don’t have issues with most other food there. I’ve been shopping at Aldi since it first opened, and overall, I really like the store—just wish someone would check the food more carefully.

Breakfast bowl is only half full, very deceiving

Overall I like shopping at Aldi but there is something I will Never buy again and that is the Sausage & Gravy Breakfast bowl. The box says 7oz. on the front but when I took the bowl out of the box it was only Half full, so I guess I am getting about 3 1/2 oz. of air. I usually buy another brand of breakfast bowl but thought I would try the Aldi brand that I found to be deceiving since the bowl was only half full. I took a picture of it but am not able to post it on this review. Buyer beware.
