The monitor arrived with a broken power…

The monitor arrived with a broken power cable, the copper was stripped from the inside of the plug. I reached out to Amazon who directed me to AOC, and AOC said they aren't liable for the issue.

Terrible customer support and poor quality monitors

Bought a monitor from them and had an issue with it where lines would show up whenever there was fast movement over the screen. I contacted customer support and they asked me to send them doctored of the issue. I sent them over and was told by AOC that it was a design feature. They then closed the case and didn’t bother to reply to the email I sent back. Went back to the shop I bought it from to get a replacement. The monitor was fine for 10 minutes but the lines appeared back. Terrible monitor quality and quite frankly appalling customer support. Would highly recommend avoiding this brand.

high failure rate

Bought 3 AOC monitors from an electronic retailer that went into administration. One broke within a year (rolling screen). Unfortunately I didn't spot that the retailer did not provide an electronic invoice, and now refuses responsibility, meaning I cannot receive support from AOC.Customer services were not outright unreasonable - I think they would have done something if I could access my invoice (instead of the several emails that look like an invoice superficially but are formally not). However AOC are responsible for the 33% failure rate experienced and therefore deserve the poor review, as their products are poor quality.

Wished checked feedback prior to making…

Wished checked feedback prior to making quite a large investment on an AOC AGON product.Despite being less than 12-months old the stand is corroding beneath the paintwork and looks absolutely awful. It's taken over 2-months now for AOC to deal with this warranty claim however it is unresolved. The decision was made to buy an AGON Gaming product because it was understood that AOC are a part of Philips Consumer Electronics however this apparently is no longer the case. Unless mistaken TPV-Tech are licensed to manufacture consumer electronic goods on behalf of Philips and AOC. Over a period of just over 2-months and a huge amount of to'ing and fro'ing with emails being sent back and forth (mostly chasing up a response from TPV-Tech) they've provided two replacement stands (shipped from Poland) and they've both arrived very badly damaged to say the least mostly due to the fact that TPV-Tech are seemingly incapable of packaging such a replacement part without guaranteeing it'll not burst through the seems of the box they ship it in. The first replacement shipped in a box cobbled together from several boxes with masses of 'Sony' and 'Xiaomi Mi' parcel tape all over it, the stand itself was wrapped in filthy bubble-wrap. The second replacement shipped in a sturdier box however the legs still broke through the box and became scuffed and generally quite badly damaged. Asked TPV-Tech to escallate this and they're seemingly disinterested in resolving amicably considering the fact that it's already been over 2-months since they were originally asked to help remedy. Disgusting level of service received from AOC (aka TPV-Tech). Bought many of their products over the years and thankfully never needed to request warranty support. Do not recommend anyone buying an AOC nor an AGON Gaming Monitor after this dreadful warranty claim experience. Can never recall warranty claims from competitors such as Viewsonic being abysmal like this. Can recall receiving replacement products from them literally overnight whereby they collect the faulty product and replace on the very same delivery. Emailed management at AOC and Philips and received no reply.

Absolutely horrible Monitors and Support

Absolutely horrible support. Their monitors are built with the cheapest materials, and the panels are terrible. Mine got a panel defect after 6 months of use and the support ist just horrible. After a month of e-mailing back and forth, they have done absolutely nothing and it seems like I’m stuck with the broken monitor

Monitor is nice

well I have their monitor with miniled and 2k resolution and here's what I think. It's chunky because I got the 27' one but I like working on it, does the job really well and even when gamings it's super nice. The only issue is that it wiggles quite a bit even from a smallest vibration of my desk, fixation is abit off.

Monitors with horrible lifespans, the reviews for this brand are absolutely justified. I recommend everyone to purchase their monitors from a different brand.

Terrible after care

Purchased 2 monitors, 1 broke within 9 months now they are taking weeks and asking me to jump though hoops to fix it.Avoid this brand there are better out there!

Unreliable monitors. Even replacement dies in one year.

Too unreliable. I bought a monitor. It had some issue with the panel and got a new one through warranty. The new one also developed same issue and it continues with the same warranty which has ended. Don't buy from this brand. Bad monitors that break too fast.

10/10 SHIPPED ME NEW UPDGRADED MONITOR

GREAT support and shipped me out an UPGRADED monitor because my last one failed and was discounted. 10/10 support 100 percent would recommend AOC to other people! Super happy! Their phone support did hang up one me multiple times, but the ticket support was amazing. Not sure why people are talking about bad packaging voiding their warranty, I used a box and packed with bubble wrap and used lots of tape which worked for me as I am now typing this on my replaced monitor which is an upgrade from what I had before. Also, total support took almost 2 months but would've been a lot faster if I was more active with checking my emails. Once I sent out my monitor it took about 3 weeks to get a replacement. Overall, 10/10 experience.

Faulty product

Faulty product. The use packaging policy to avoid their responsibility under warranty. They have zero customer service that is actually helpful. They will not replace or repair products. They will find a way to blame you and your product will break because its not a good quality item

Monkey powder smoking call center

Call center full of people smoking monkey powder on a 24-hour basis.These people are so wasted it's amazing, I almost got high just by trying to communicate them.The RMA is you giving up your brain in exchange for a few plastic parts.They outright try to bend the customer laws and make you feel like you live in a third world country.

Customer service is just terrible

Austrian Customer service is just downright terrible—rude and disrespectful. They sigh into the phone and have zero patience if you need a moment to check something. Saying, "You should have informed yourself beforehand," is just ridiculous—what’s the point of customer service then?

Terrible quality and customer service

I purchased an AOC monitor and was initially happy with its performance. However, my screen suddenly developed a large black area with vertical distortions, making it unusable. Despite the fact that the monitor shows no physical damage and has been handled carefully, AOC support claimed the issue was caused by external factors and refused to take responsibility.I even offered to provide evidence that the outside of the monitor is in pristine condition, but they insisted it must be my fault. If a product can break internally without any external damage, this raises serious concerns about its quality.AOC’s unwillingness to help or provide a meaningful solution is extremely disappointing. I will not purchase from this brand again, and I would advise others to avoid their products as well.This review highlights the issue clearly and gives potential customers a reason to think twice about their purchase.

Gaming Monitor AOC 27G4X

Bought a AOC 27G4X Full HD 27" IPS LCD Gaming Monitor on black Friday for Christmas present for my son faulty Hdmi port keeps flickering and going off and on phoned them up and was advised had to be repaired been nearly 2 weeks without the monitor now absolutely shocking service Aoc have had it longer than my son should be replaced not repaired never buy Aoc products

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My AOC Q27G2U broke after just 1.5y of usage. Just a black screen and nothing showing up. Not even the UI itself. Support is telling me to switch outlets for the 4th time even after i told them it doesnt work. They wont even replace it or fix it. Very dissapointed in them, cheap parts that dont last and a terrible customer support
