Aweber makes it almost impossible to cancel once you sign on as a subscriber. I've tried cancelling on laptop, cell phone and Ipad, however the platform will not allow me to follow through with the cancellation. It appears the only with to cancel would be to cancel my credit card which is so frustrating.
Had a problem with deliverability and contacted the suppport. So the answer came fast within hours while i did something else. The problem was solved within 24 hours and now all e-mails got sent. The support is incredible fast and helping.
I decided to speak to a customer service specialist when after several attempts to remove blank space from my weekly newsletter - I could never permanently banish it. Some of my list having thought they received blank newsletters - cancelled. Will P., the AweberCustomer Solutions Specialist In the US) was able to fix the problem quickly. I am so grateful for his expertise and fast response!

THey are very willing to help with the look-and-see of our monthly newsletters.Complicated questions from me become very understandable - they are very patient all the time to help. Aweber is a really great email marketing platform and the support team, especially Amanda W, are always there for me. Nothing is too hard for them. I'm no expert in the field of email marketing and I appreciate their patience with some of the questions I ask. Also I am in Australia but I always receive a response the next day helping me with my queries. I am very happy with their service!
