I had the most frustrating experience of my life with Stubhub’s online help, and was expecting to get even more outraged when I talked with AXS’s help. But it couldn’t have been further from that. Casey K resolved my problem very quickly, understanding what a weird situation it was, and managed to completely solve it in mere minutes. What i thought was going to be a massive headache was solved so easily by Casey K. Thank you so much axs help line. AXS Support was so useless. I requested a refund after an event was postponed. At first they did not want to, she said she would start a refund. I wanted confirmation and mode of payment. She told me I had to provide a new method on my account as the one used to pay was not working. She kept giving me the run around and said I had to call someone to update the method even though I did. NOW, my order doesnt even appear in my account.
Well, I made a mistake when creating my AXS account. Walter at AXS did an awesome job of helping me fix it. What could have been a tedious or frustrating process ended up being fairly pleasant. His colleague David pitched in. These great staff members are building a solid reputation for AXS, including consumer confidence!

We booked tickets to go to a concert. We had trouble with the app and put in 2 request to the guest service team. We heard nothing from them and we finally called the venue who sent us a solution by printing our tickets and leaving them at the box office. Its hard to understand how this company stays in business!!

My question was not answered. The agent ended the chat without helping me at all. I had to answer several questions just to get a copy and paste response without any help.
