I didn’t get my order but the delivery tracker indicates it was delivered to me. It was delivered to a wrong address that I don’t even recognize.

Misleading advertising
This paddle overall is not bad, for a stock paddle it plays well. But the paddle does not last long and trying to get in touch with customer support is just non existent. I’ve gotten no response whatsoever. But there are much better paddles out there at the 190/200 dollar price tag that are much better than this paddle.

The items, themselves are great. I was contacted after the order because they didn’t have several of the overgrips I ordered and so I adjusted. It also took a bit of time to process the order

Not a good experience
I tried to make amends before writing this review but this company has terrible customer service. I tried to reach out three times and never got a response, since the pickleball paddle I received from them was defective with loosing parts and got damaged after the first use.

Customer service is terrible I tried calling more than three times and they didn't pick up I haven't received my order it's been since December 1st and I keep on trying to get a hold of them calling emailing them and no response.

Unresponsive customer service.
I received an email on the 13th of December saying my order was cancelled. This was post notification that it was shipped. I reached out to their support. No response. I DM'ed them on Instagram. No response. It has been 5 days since I received the cancellation email and reaching out to them. There was no mention of refund process in the cancellation email either.
