I had a fantastic experience working with Jacob Reide at Anderson Advisors. From the very beginning, Jacob was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in answering all of my questions. Anderson Business Advisors are Amazing!I've been with Anderson for about 2 months now and they've been rock solid every step of the way. They were instrumental in guiding and directing me for the best tax and business structure as well as phased approach. The resources they've provided are invaluable.I would recommend them to anyone considering forming an LLC, S-Corp or C-Corp.
I watched a lot of vids by Clint Coons. ESQ and was initially impressed by the asset protection strategies they recommend. I hired them to do that for me and, initially, they were very attentive. I was assigned to Alex Butterfield as a single point of contact (SPOC). We seemed to be on the same page and I looked forward to working with him. AFTER I PAID, I realized that my SPOC was a member of their sales team, and he would no longer be working with me. I was transferred to a different team for implementation. Sadly, all of the details I'd discussed with Alex did NOT transfer with me. The NEW team was administrative in nature. They were not skilled in the finer points of the strategies I needed, nor aware of my specific timelines and goals. They did not have any sense of urgency regarding the implementation of the strategy I had hired their firm to implement on my behalf. I believed I was getting a complete, Done-for-You package, but the actual experience was anything but that. I had to keep calling THEIR office. I had to keep managing THEIR process. I had to keep following-up and still the work was not done. Or some of it got done, but improperly or incompletely, and needed corrections which resulted in delays. Meanwhile the clock was ticking and the plan I'd agreed on with my SPOC, was failing to materialize. Worse, it was falling to me to manage its progression. I had to keep retelling the same info to each NEW person who supposedly on my "TEAM." Too often, when I would call their office, I was transferred to someone they said was "assigned" to my account, but it went to a voice mail, or to someone who didn't know anything about my implementation plan, its status, timeline nor goals. They had to read through notes just to catch up. In fact, the majority of the people I actually spoke to with were receptionists who simply put you on hold for 10-20 minutes while they try to find someone who is ALIVE and AVAILABLE to talk to you but they end up taking your number and promising to call back, but never do. Also, they don't have any east coast office hours for east coast clients, so by the time they open in Nevada, half of my work day is gone, and if they do call me back its right in the middle of dinner. If you ask them to call you back the next day during your business hours -- NOBODY CALLS YOU BACK. It's as if the founders of this company are content to make their YouTube vids but have delegated all the actual work to their B and C teams. I finally got fed-up and asked for a REFUND, Again I was told "someone" would call me within 48 hours. I waited 6 days and STILL NO REPLY. When I called THEM back they put me on hold AGAIN. Their "receptionist" came back 10 minutes later and said "NO REFUND" then offered to transfer me "to the "legal department." -They don't seem to care that they're double billing you, or that you've brought it to their attention over a year ago because it still shows as outstanding. -They don't care that you got sued because they didn't finish their work to protect your anonymity.-They don't care that you're out thousands in attorneys fees to address the lawsuits -- in addition to what you paid them. Once you get fed up with trying to get any results out of them, be prepared to sue them if you want your money back. They'll tell you they did what they were supposed to do and if you're left with none of the protections you hired them to create, they'll shrug their shoulders and say its not their problem. BOTTOM LINE: Once they get your money, their interest in you effectively evaporates. Their outsourced teams are not skilled nor responsibly managed. There isn't much accountability nor coordination among these "TEAMS" and there are no SPOCS actually assigned to clients after the sale happens. I thought I was hiring highly-skilled professionals for their experience, help and protection. Apparently, you have to pay an extra $1800/yr just to ask them questions once you come on board as a client. IN SUMMARY: I don't recommend Anderson Business Advisors. I hope you aren't fooled by their YouTube ads, because those aren't the same people who will be managing your account -- not by any stretch of the imagination. After 2+ years of dealing with them, I am concluding that theirs is a shiny, internet sales funnel. Their primary function seems to be making money for themselves, than protecting their clients in real time. AVOID THEM.
Anderson has many different ways to have questions answered and a team of people assigned so you are supported in all different areas. It's great to have everyone and everything on the same page! They also have a Platinum Portal that is available everyday. You can go in and get a question answered live! Really great service!

The unlimited access to the wide array of legal and tax professionals in the Platinum Knowledge Room if definitely worth it's weight in gold and/or platinum. Their timely responses and the ability to submit documents for review is so very valuable. Their library of informative videos is a great asset as well! Thank you Anderson!

What a disappointment, it been over a month and my LLC and C-Corp are not setup. We have sent multiple emails requesting the status of our entities yet they not not completed. You would be better off using ChaptGPT and do them yourself. I can tell you first hand the entire process could be done in under 1 hour including getting all the EIN numbers.
Not enough value for the price. Rachel was very nice and professional, but the overall experience with Anderson Advisors was extremely disappointing. The package description for their Smart Tax Advisor service is extremely misleading. It sounds like you’re getting real guidance and hands-on support, but once you sign up you find out most of what you actually need costs extra. The pricing feels like a trap designed to upsell you into spending far more than you planned. I walked away feeling ripped off, because I didn’t get help with what I actually needed. Proceed with caution.
As a new client, my first time attending their structure implementation workshop in Las Vegas. Took so many notes that it will take days to process. However, I am now empowered to think more strategically on what needs to be protected and how. More importantly and as a veteran, I am convinced that Anderson will serve as a trusted partner in my business. Abe

1) Access to short one one one conversations with all 4 of the attorneys at the seminar was wonderful for me. I came with a lot of questions and left with very few, only because I forgot to ask. 2) My One on One with Savanna was also very enlightening for me as I came away with a list of necessary ToDo's and and Not ToDo's all pivital for me to become more compliant and up to date with mainatining my structures. 3) Lastly the presentation knowledge was also very valuable in answering the HOW and WHY questions that kept me from staying as compliant as I should have been. Eliot Thomas and Barley Bowler are Masterful Tax Educators. Their combined experience alone is worth the watch. I participated in their Tax Wise Workshop Oct 2025 - extremely valuable info and very current! They are masters at tax tactics and strategies. I highly recommend.
