SCAM ALERT
First of all. They do not directly provide the service they sell. They promise you the world and then after you sign a contract, they send it to DAG law firm to actually try to handle your settlement. They will tell you they work with your lender all the time and promise no surprises. Once you start sendign them money then they tell you that your lender doesn't settle any lower amount and now you have to pay more than what they told you that you would pay. It ends up costing you more money then what you owe your lender. Furthermore, when you cancel the service they tell you that you owe 20 percent of the amount of your loan (which is not with them) as a cancellation fee. When you ask for a refund they will tell you that it will be reviewed at the end of the month and then they go radio silent. When you call them they tell you that it will take several months for the refund review. When you challenge this, the law firm tells you that they don't give refunds for false promises from Debt Ninjas and they are a third party. Debt Ninjas will go radio silent and not help at all. You can negotiate the same things with your daily payment amount with your lender so save yourself time and money and negotiate directly with your lender. Otherwise you are just paying these guys money to do nothing for your situation.

Run from these guys
Run from these guys! They are a scam. I never got any resolution. I cancelled within 6 days, their contract allows for 5 days, but I didn't cancel the "right way", so they debited me $10K. They never even started on anything, and no work was ever done. I never even had a meeting with anyone more than a sales guy.
