First, if there is one thing I can say that is nice is that most of the candy shipped was good. However, canceling our membership/subscription has been a nightmare. I have done it numerous times only to have another charge of $40 appear on my bank statement and another box delivered. Contacting the company is nearly impossible: email, phone, etc. There is just no response or returned message. I just went into my account via the online portal and found that my account is listed again as ACTIVE! I canceled it again, 5x, and hopefully, this will be it. In theory, they took out of my account $200 after I canceled it. They are leaving me no other choice if this happens one more time, it will be time to get others involved because this has become FRAUD, so buyer beware with this company

I’m not sure why it’s so hard to get in touch with customer service rather it’s by email or calling I get no reply ever I’ve been trying to reach them for 3 weeks now due to USPS returning my candy box for not having a valid address supposedly however I checked my account and my address is accurate I’ve been tryna reach candy club to let them know about the error but I get no response via email and they are never available by phone they haven’t even considered giving me a refund I’m sure they got the box of candy back by now

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Says free shipping over $35 soI made sure to spend that much. Then they offer free candy with the other. But take that free candy and make it $8 and add it so you can pay for shipping

Chemical taste
I bought a small jar of you mango chili bears…and the didn’t taste like mango nor chili they just make your mouth burn. They taste very chemically. I wouldn’t recommend especially for the price!

I would give zero stars the candy is just nasty don't waste your money go to the store and buy a bag. The gummedy candy has the nastiest chemical taste it's disgusting my kids tried and they almost threw up it's that nasty I tried and gaged seriously candy club is gross I'm never ever buying again. 7-12 or more for you to just trow it away what a disgusting candy how are you still open it's awful.

Annie in customer service has been excellent to work with. My 2 packages have been delayed with FedEx for several weeks and she refunded the shipping and since we don’t know what has happened to the packages, she is sending out replacement ones.

Takes forever to mail out.
I got a response and this is an update. I can’t even track my package anymore on the fedex website I believe that it is lost. Candy club emailed me after I left this review to say that none of this is their fault and they’re gonna offer me $10 off my next box. I’m probably not going to ever receive my first box but hey atleast I get $10 off my next one. What the heckAt this point I’m not sure my package will even arrive. It took them a long time to send my order out. My package has been in Ohio for a few days now and I don’t know if they have lost It or what because they took down the estimated delivery date. I’m just really frustrated and considering canceling the subscription. I actually ordered this box with the hopes that it would be here before my birthday but I really don’t think that it will.

bad experience in Candy Club
I moved to Boston recently and I went to Candi bar thinking that it's Bollywood night but choice of song was crap. The staff is ridiculous, senseless and extremely rude, the lady bouncer inside shouting and not letting me in after went out to take a call. I tried to tell her that at least tell my friend that I am waiting outside and we came in his car and his mobile didn't had network. She wasn't ready to listen and shouting all the time to go up. I am never gonna go to Candy Club !!! Good Bye !!!

I ordered a 3 months subscription for…I ordered a 3 months subscription for my wife of the party pack of candies for our upcoming anniversary on September 2, 2021 and still waiting for a shipping date and it is now September 11 and I have heard nothing. I ordered from this company in 2017 and never had this problem before. I am patiently waiting for some type of update. Please help!!Update: Candy club responded and apologized for the lateness of my order and it was due to the holiday which pushed everything back. My wife received her box today and is very happy. Thank you once again for your promptness in communicating. Excellent customer service.

They say it takes 1-3 business days to ship after you order. That's a lie though because I ordered $40+ worth of candy about a week ago and it still says it's awaiting shipment. I've already contacted them via email, but I have to wait 2 days for a response. So I am still waiting for a response from them. I had Candy club years ago and it never took this long to deliver. Kind of disappointed.Update: Initially I gave 2 stars,but I will change it to 4 stars, they finally answered back and updated the status to shipped.

This is my first time buying a CandyClub subscription box. I bought a party box and the site had a discount for new users (30$ instead of $50). My experience has been pleasant. The box took about 3-4 days to ship but got here within 2 days. The packaging is definitely one of its strong points (the jars and display are so cute). Aside from that, the candies I received were yummy. I ordered a sour box and they were mostly gummies, which I enjoyed. I didn't like two of the candies I received so I wrote them an email for a possible replacement. Within a day or two, I received an email back with an apology, as well as confirmation for a new shipment to me with new candies. The customer service was great and I couldn't ask for more honestly. I plan on sending this to a friend who loves sweets as an easy birthday gift.

Very Disappointing
I was really excited to get this box, but very underwhelmed when I got it. I was hoping for a variety of candies, but instead I got 4 containers of fruity gummies, a container of strawberry licorice, and a container of hard coffee candies. I loved the 2 candies that were not of the gummy variety, and I don’t have anything against gummies, but when you are paying this much for candy, and the company advertises that you will receive a variety of different candy, I was disappointed to get 4 kinds of gummies that all taste the same. I contacted the company to see if I could get replacements (As advertised on their website) , but I received an email back saying that most of the candy they are sending out right now is gummy, so no replacements. I understand that they are sending out a lot of gummy candy because of the summer time, but I really think that should have been advertised on their website. I don’t want to pay $30 a month for candy when all I am going to get is the same thing. I was hoping to get some fun types of candies that you can't find anywhere else, like shown on the Candy Club website, but I definitely did not have that experience.

Poor customer service and slow response time
I was so excited to find the “mermaid friends” candy box for my daughter’s 4th birthday party. I ordered it over a week ahead of time and ended up buying two boxes in order to save the $20 shipping fee. I promptly called the customer service number after ordering as there was no estimated delivery date in either the online confirmation or the email confirmation and I wanted to ensure that we received the order before my daughter’s birthday. The customer service agent assured me they’d be sending me an email that day to update the shipping since it was a Friday and personally guaranteed she’d check to make sure I received the email. Well, come Monday and no email. I called all throughout the day Monday, and sent an email, with no answer and no response. I just spent $40 on candy for my daughter’s birthday party and I have no idea when, or if, it’ll even arrive. I’m disappointed and frustrated for my daughter.

Chocolate covered gummy bears were gross
Their customer service team rocks! I was not a fan AT ALL of the item I bought, and my original review is below. Customer service reached out to me with kindness and respect and really worked with me to give their recommendations as well as finding out the type of things I liked to be sure I’d love the replacement item they sent. I really liked the rainbow sour belts. Great flavor, just the right amount of sourness without being overbearing. Their products are still a little more expensive than I’d like but it tasted really good so I wanted to update my review since I was so impressed with the customer service. Original 1 star review:I had been excited to find these for sale since I’d heard good things about them. Bought the chocolate covered gummy bears and they were really gross. Chocolate itself was ok but the two flavors didn’t go well together at all. I had offered to two friends and neither of them liked them either, and we tried a few just to see if maybe it was a bad flavor of gummy, another flavor will be better, right? So disappointed, because for that price I expected it to be really good. Wouldn’t even buy these again if they were at the dollar store.
