Great job!!
Great job!!! I was so happy to receive the email my phone was unlocked. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is imy phone was just unlocked last night and I wanted to give it some time to make sure nothing happens. It is working great and it was done in the amount of time promised. I sent an email during the time I was waiting and it was promptly answered. The email was only to ask a question on weather I had chosen the correct unlock provider. After my phone has been unlocked for a while and I have had no problems I will gladly come back and change my rating to a 5 star. In case anyone wants to know my phone was locked to AT&T and now I’m a Verizon user. Thank you so much Chronicunlocks. You’re awesome!!!

Didn't provide what they promised.
Ordered an unlock for my phone over a month ago, their website says 1-5 days wait, and I've heard nothing back. I've emailed their support a number of times and they don't provide any meaningful answer. Just a generic email saying their reviewing my request, 2 weeks later still no real answer. Even if they eventually do get me an unlock code it's been well beyond what their website says. I wasted my hard-earned money.

Customer service inacceptable
Customer service inacceptable. I had several iPhones unlocked in the past without any issues. The iCloud removal for one of my devices is now still pending (5 months after ordering it). No reply at all to my emails - I'm very dissatisfied.

This is my second iPhone in 3 years

Well I ordered to unlock my iphone 7 plus and it took 2 days longer than they would said it would take but that is understandable. I mailed them in between the unlocking process and the response was instantly. Highly recommended.

Worked but took longer than expected
Needed my phone unlocked by March 15th, submitted my request and paid on February 28th. Reached out on around March 10th saying I needed it by the following Monday and was told it should be ready to go. It wasn't....finally got it unlocked today (March 17th). Overall it worked, but I wish there was more transparency around how long it would take. Also slow to respond when reaching out for customer service.

Finally my softbank Iphone is unlocked!
I am really happy finally my Iphone is unlocked. This is my second time to use unlocking provider, which was before completely useless (different provider)...it did within time frame even faster...I had already hopeless if they couldn't do it as my iphone is from Softbank and they well known have really strict rule for unlocking their mobile

Frustration...
I had paid for an unlock of my iphone 6 on July 15th and finally it was unlocked 71 days after on September 26th!!! I'm super frustrated because in the mean time, I ended up selling my phone and I lost money because it wasn't unlocked and now I would like a refund for this unlock! I couldn't wait around forever and didn't receive any customer service feedback that was helpful. I didn't know if it was ever going to happen. I will be satisfied with a full refund for this unlock that I didn't happen in a timely matter with no explanation. Now I don't even have that phone to use it. :( Looking forward to your response. ICloud Removal not done after 85 days
Chronic Unlock said it at the beginning : service is very slow. It should take 35-65 days. I was aware of that.But after sending an email 10 days ago (so 75 days after buying service) and multiple other email, no answer from them.The problem isn't only about the timeframe, but about the communication, since i have no news (only 1 reply since the first day asking me if the device have IMEI or not).Don't know if this is a scam or not, but i woulndn't recommend it unfortunately.For your information :Serial : DLXQVK4TGMLNIMEI : none

Icloud removal not done after 63 days
I have only used Chronic unlocks for icloud removal and they havent delivered so far. 63 days after submitting the request and i have sent emails to their support 7 or 8 times for which they replied on 3. Now they dont even bother replying. Just incase they Chronic unlock reads it my request id is 14569. They have posted time of 15-30 days but have failed big time and most importantly no response from them

it only took 1 day!
2 of my colleagues tried Chronic Unlocks in the past. I had my phone replaced in apple, expecting to receive an unlock phone. But it turns out they still locked the replacement phone with my carrier. So I tried submitting an order to unlock my phone yesterday, and I got a response that my phone is now unlock for just less than 24 hours! This is just so cool! I'm really happy now that I can use my phone with different Network!

Wonderful guys unlock my iPhone in a short Time
These guys are honest, I used them to unlock 2 iphones and they unlocked it in a short time. I was defrauded by official iPhone unlock uk of 90 pounds, I decided to try chronic labs and found they are very reliable. I recommend them anytime any day.

Icloud Locked removed
Despite all the negatives reviews and comments, they got my icloud lock removed, at the very beginning I was really sceptical about this page, but since I could pay with paypal I went ahead and paid for the service to try it, then it took a long time but they completed the service
