This company lies and then lies more. They sell items that they have sold to others that were defective and once you return them they don’t give full refunds. Greatest rip off scam company I have ever dealt with. Do not buy here and pass the information to others.
Only purchased once from this site and doubt I will again. A simple order containing two items and one was incorrect. No accommodation for the inconvenience.
Been 5 days since my package got sent back to them and the only response they have is. The post office hold items for 3 days at the post office. We responded to email check it. Saying the same thing....Tried to explain i called because i live close and i would hsve picked it up myself. Wasnt there they sent it back. Apparently they couldnt find my address that i gey mail at everyday....
I am a repeat customer of this company, they have such a great selection of nicotine vapes. Their prices are perfect for my budget and they always have some cool devices to try. I’ve bought a few prerolls too, I have always been very happy with my order.When I received a faulty vape, which is no fault of DVP, they immediately processed a refund of that device for me. Great customer service.The shipping is insanely quick too, I usually get my order within a week from ordering.
Horrible product, tastye like burnt oil. Not ot mention the cartridge started leaking after the 2nd use. I literally would have been better off lighitng my money on fire and smoking that. Their response was so sorry, you are outside th 48 hour return window. Do yourself a favor and use another company these guys suck.
Would be better if they did not use the postal service as the only free option. They're awful. And when that your main shipper is going to fall on you too. Most people can't afford to pay another $14 just to go with UPS and it makes it really difficult when you have to use the United States postal service. In Columbus Ohio you're literally lucky to get your thing at all whatever it is that you ordered. You can't afford to pay for UPS shipping I would find a better company or one that at least One that ships with a company that at least has some customer service. When you deal with the post office it's pretty much just an FU most of the time. it's disappointed when you have to use somebody that is impossible to get any assistance from. I mean when they ship with the postal service if somebody has a problem it may not even get fixed and that's who we have to use. If the postal service is any good in your town it might be all right
They sent me a used damaged vape cart that looks like it was dropped a bunch of times scraped up and only one mode worked on the entire thing this was the second time they sent me a refurbished item and never disclosed it didn't have an issue because the last device actually worked! But then these people have the audacity to outright lie about it and make it look like it's your fault, how is this place not wrapped up in litigation fir fraud is beyond me but I'm gonna be the one to help hold them accountable, they are not getting away with this scamming practice!!!!
Not transparent, stated no shipping cost, after I ordered I see a 1.55 route shipping fee. Not a big amount of money but won't buy from again for saying free shipping and it was not.
I have had nothing but great experiences with Discount Vape Pen! I've ordered from them many different times and only had one product really malfunction on me. It leaked all over the damn place and they replaced it in a hurry after I emailed a picture of the proof. On my latest order that I received today, they had to reach out to me midweek as one of the products that I ordered was out of stock. They couldn't reach me via email so they sent me a text which I found to be impressive customer service as it makes it clear that they are wanting to get my order out as efficiently as possible. I am very pleased with the overall experiences I've had with each transaction. They have earned my business as a repeat customer.

Very unprofessional! They deserve a zero. They do not care about what happens to your order. They just want the money! My voice needs to be heard! You should not waste your money and pay for 1-4 day shipping costs. If you get it late, they say oh well. They have the most complicated shipping protocols, so you should visit a local store. To let you know, I ordered a battery on sale on February 17th. USPS says it will be here tomorrow night. That is one whole week! Make sure that this place goes under one day. Do not purchase from here!!!
All negative reviews are old so I gave it a shot. They seem to have stuff together now. I'm a heavy medical mj user, this is now my go-to for pens. Shipping is quick and I've had 0 quality issues. I don't doubt their other options are awesome. There was an issue with payment at first, customer support was swift to get back to me. I use for medicine, it's a relief being able to get a 6g yes SIX Gs pen for the price of a 1g one at a smoke shop. I go through an ounce of MEDICAL flower in 4-6 days but the Cake 6g lasted me an entire WEEK by itself. It's legit and will SAVE YOUR FINANCES AND WOW YOUR FRIENDS especially if you're in a no-rec and no-med US state. If you don't understand what A, B, P, and H-Oxy11 are I suggest you learn, it's not "fake stuff" and you're missing out if you don't pick this up.
I have just made my first order. I have read the reviews. The majorities are negative im hoping they are learning from them. Everyone makes mistakes. What's important is making the effort to make it right. I have noticed that the rating are getting better as time go's by. it would be great if I could make a positive review, as well as letting people know that things are improving there are alot of negative reviews but their working to make it better. I have owned a construction company for 23 yrs. I have learned that customer's are right even when there wrong. This makes a big difference. I get a lot of referral's and it makes for a pleasant work environment all together. You are able to learn from your mistakes. That if you want to. They are working to change that. The negative reviews are definitely scaring away business. Im taking the chance to see, if that effort is being made. Hopefully someone does read these. If so they will know in advance to make things go smoothly. Resolve any problem before it happens. I will save this make a copy to add to my review. This would definitely show that progress is being made, do to the effort. let me thank you in advance for your professional courtesy, and products you would be proud to put your name on. Otherwise your just throwing money away.
I ordered 16 oz of green Kratom. Shipping was slow. Then when I received my order they sent 16oz of Red kratom. They refused to correct my order until I sent back the red. I have stage 4 cancer. Kratom has helped my pain so much, however I'm not able to take the red. It causes nausea. I don't drive do to chemo induced extreme neuropathy which means I can't drive and have to have someone print out a label and take it to the post office. I ordered it to be delivered for that reason. I'm happy to send it back after the corrected their Mistake!!! They refuse to fix the mistake until They have gotten the red back. Never ever ordering from them again!!!! I would give a zero if I could. Now I've suffered without any pain relief for over a week. I'm unable to buy it in my small town. They lost what would of been 3 customers. Going back to Nuwave Botanicals. They were out of the green so I was trying a new place. Nu wave Botanicals have never messed up an order plus they give free samples. Mark thank you for showing me your company isn't customer friendly at Discount vape!!!!!!
Only dealt here a couple times but both experiences were positive they communicated with me in a very reasonable fashion sent me a perfectly good working device idk maybe I got lucky but I definitely had no issues doing business here
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! But, if you do...do not pay the extra to get your order in 1-3 days! Because it will be a waste of your money. Because they still won't get you your order for like a week. 2 months in a row. &, I contacted them. They said they don't give any refunds on shipping cost. Then, I think they should not take people's money for something they don't deliver. Money is way to tight these days to just throw it in the garbage or let people steal it from you!
I can not recommend discount Vape pen. They made a mistake with my order and 15 emails later, I do not have the product I paid for. They sent me a cheaper, duplicate item than what I ordered. And 15 emails to try to get them to send me the right item. They made me try to jump through so many Hoops to correct their mistake! They sure made it easy to buy from them, but impossible for them to fix a problem they created! What I did receive seemed to work. But I'll never know about the Evolve D PLUS. It was the most expensive thing I bought, and it was never sent to me! And Mark in customer service kept going back and forth with me literally 15 emails about a $25 item that I paid for, and they didn't send me! You think it's a business they would be doing everything they could to make the order right. I didn't do anything wrong, other than try to do business with discount vape pen. I'm still sitting here without the product I paid for. After the 15th email I got frustrated and said forget it you keep your label. I'll keep this duplicate cheaper product that I didn't want or order... that you sent me, and I'll write a Google review. I've heard nothing back since then, and don't expect to. I will not be purchasing anything else from Discount Vape Pen. I can not recommend discount vape pen for purchases online. Shame on you discount vape pen. You created this problem... you should have fixed it!
I have never had issues not getting an order and I order monthly now for the last 6 months. It only takes 4-6 days to get to Colorado. The menthol Vuse seems to be out of stock and now I'm trying to find where to buy them. Did they get discontinued? Discount Vape Pen has been very reliable for us. I hope to do business again soon.
🤬🤬🤬HORRIBLE! 🤬🤬🤬 THEY SOLD ME OLD BATTERIES THAT HAVE BEEN SITTING FOR YEARS!!!! I Purchased 5 Chargers & 12 Batteries thinking i was getting good deal. I couldn't figure out why the pens would die so quick; hours to charge & dead in 1 use!!! The chargers are Junk so that made it more difficult to figure out what's going on! After a few weeks of fighting batteries trying to figure out what's going on... I finally figured out that they had Sold me Old Batteries that have been sitting for a long time, likely years. Most likely they weren't stored properly either! I use natural herbs for medicinal purposes only; which has btw literally saved my life! But not these! This has made it very difficult to get the relief I need & has caused me nothing but un needed stress; which only makes me sicker! When you spend allot of $ that you cant afford on a bunch of junk; it's maddening! These Sellers are Crooks! I hope Karma takes them out of business!!! I never ever use the word Hate, but I Hate this company! 😡
I wish I could give 10 stars! Ordered 2 Yocan Vanes Saturday. DVP price is half of retail plus free shipping and 12% coupon? I thought no way will I get all that but I made the order anyway. You do have to give them your real birthday, their software knows it once you give them your credit card info. I tried a fake one and then it wanted me to upload my drivers license, went back and gave my real one and the order went through (they did charge $1.55 shipping insurance ).I got email confirmation a few minutes later, then a second one a couple hours later order complete.Which means USPS has it, they sent tracking Monday and they were in my mailbox Tuesday came in sealed boxes, opened one it was 3/4 charged so in my hand ready to go in three days for less than half of retail, The Vane works well too
