10/10! The website was easy to navigate and there was such a great selection to choose from. My order arrived to BC, Canada in only six days and the package was personalized. There was a sweet handwritten card inside and even a few bonus tops for the skincare. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. I had several questions before placing my order and every single one was answered quickly and thoroughly. They very clearly care about their customers and the experience was well beyond the typical online site. I’ll definitely be ordering again and recommending them to others. Thank you.

Site is easy to use and understand, offers products that really work and are best quality i trust. My favorite for skincare all the best. Shipping is always pretty fast and everything is packed really well and cute too! Wonderful communication and friendly owner 💜Ive started buying from here the last few months and definitely will be in the future

I have bought from this store a few times, and it is a smooth process from ordering to the time it is on my doorstep. Prices are amazing. I always have a very sweet handwritten note thanking me, which means a lot because I know she appreciates my business and that makes me want to keep coming back to her store. My Dr. Pen is amazing and I am really grateful for this shop and for Katie being so helpful! Absolutely five stars!

Excellent Small Business
This small business has a huge variety of high quality skin care products. My order got mixed-up the first time I ordered online with this business and the owner of the business immediately responded to my email and went above and beyond to fix the mix-up and send me the correct products. The customer service is beyond excellent. I highly recommend ordering amazing skin care products from this fantastic business.

broken bottles!
I received my order of salmon dna that had 10 little bottles in a box and one of the bottles was broke from shipping and all the serum went everywhere. I reached out to customer service and sent a picture and they immediately responded and sent out a whole new order for me. Alot of companies give you a hard time but this company responded right away and sent me a whole new order which is pretty impressive! Thank you Katie (customer rep) so much!!

Legit! They have the BEST customer service, very responsive and always helping with anything and their products are really good and original. I bought several stuff from them, and they’ve all been great. I even emailed them for recommendations for serums for microneedling pen that I also purchased from them. I highly recommend them especially for Dr Pen devices. they are all original. Mine works great

I’m so glad I found this site! After months of searching for a reliable Dr. Pen dealer, I finally came across her, and I couldn’t be happier. She’s legit—an actual person based in the USA. Communication was a breeze; no broken English, just clear and professional responses. Plus, she gets back to you quickly, which is a rare find these days. I bought two products at an excellent price, they were shipped the same day as promised and everything was quite normal, the thing that made the difference and for which I gave 5 stars was the after-sales service!!! unfortunately I made a mistake in indicating the delivery address, when I realized I sent an email and the very kind Miss Katie Flaming immediately replied and tried to change the address but unfortunately the courier's website had problems and being unable to change it, he decided to eliminate the first shipment and make a new and faster one, thus managing to get the products to me within the requested time! all keeping me constantly updated with at least twenty emails!!! TRULY EXCEPTIONAL ASSISTANCE!!!

A handwritten thank you card ♦️
When the owner personally packs and ships your order and it comes with samples and a handwritten thank you card....then you must do the right thing and give a positive review. In today's world nobody has time for anybody else and I thought it was amazing that this company took the time to pack my items very nicely give me free samples and once again a handwritten thank you card!!! That card is so totally my vibe!!! Swift shipping and notifications sent with each step in the process! Plus, the items that I ordered I saved about $10 from my current supplier! Thank you Katie!!!

Just started ordering from this company and already love it! This is my first review in over a year. But when the site and the owner are the best they deserve the recognition. Costumer service is top notch. Great selection and prices. Such a personal approach to every costumer. Katie took care of me right away. This is how the running of the business supposed to be like. I am a small business owner myself and firmly believe in old school personal approach. Katie went several extra miles for me. You have a costumer for life! Five stars!!!

Whenever I have a question about a product, Katie is always there to answer and explain and it’s very quick. She also has assisted me with problems with the website and still unbelievable to me how fast she responds. I am huge on customer service coming from the sales aspect of life and Getglowings customer service is always over the top!! I also love their products so much I recommend them to my friends and family. I get glowing. I will be a forever customer.
