Up to the Gods whether you receive a working key
Don't make the same mistake I did, avoid this site and purchase only from an official game reseller. I bought 4 game keys for Steam, 3 of them did work but one was a duplicate code.Customer service is a nightmare and SLOW. You are asked to send a load of screenshots as evidence of the issue and then they have the cheek to ask you to contact Steam to investigate when the key was used and report back to them. NOT MY JOB - you sold me the used key, you do the investigation.I was then made to wait a whole week before they got back to me. Instead of then sending me a working key for the game (which they are STILL SELLING on the site), they sent me a refund for just that game but failed to refund me for the service charge that they add, so it was only a partial refund. I have complained about this but have so far (over 2 days later) been ignored. The least they could do is refund the service charge they add after all the hassle I've experienced.Who knows where they get the keys from but I strongly suspect it's not always (or ever) directly from the game publishers. Just avoid HRK, it's not worth the risk of getting invalid keys.

HRK ignores technical evidence: Selling pre-redeemed keys that were still UNDISCLOSED.
I am a frequent buyer, but I will never use HRK again. I purchased a key and kept it UNDISCLOSED in my user panel. When I finally revealed it, the code had already been redeemed 11 days PRIOR to the reveal date.Technically, it is impossible for me to have used the key since it was still hidden in HRK’s system. This means HRK’s sellers are selling the same keys to multiple people (double-dipping) or their database is compromised.When I opened a ticket, support (Alex and Emilia) gave me the most unprofessional response possible: 'It was redeemed after purchase, so we can't help.' They are ignoring the timestamps. If a key is revealed today but was used 11 days ago, the buyer is being scammed. HRK is protecting fraudulent sellers instead of their loyal customers.Since I paid with Crypto, I cannot do a chargeback, and they are taking advantage of this to steal my $21. Total lack of ethics. Avoid this site if you plan to keep your keys in your library for more than 5 minutes.

I purchased a key from their website, but after hours, I still haven’t received anything, even though the order history shows it as COMPLETED.It’s absurd that I have to wait at their convenience because their support takes its time to respond. Once this issue is resolved, I will never buy from them again, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this site. If this happened to me, it could happen to you too.

Had a great experience as a first time buyer from this website. Happy that I actually found a great price on a brand new released game that is only 1 day old which costs $70 now adays just for a base version and bought the same version for just $44 on their website ( how do you beat that?) Had a smooth transaction experience as well from the pay portion till the delivery of the product key to my email address, will definitely buy games from them again in the near future.
