Bait and switch company
Bait and switch company. Do not use. I had a line of credit with them that I always paid on time, never late and always my full amount. I had plenty of credit remaining on the account, asked for a draw of a small portion of it, it was declined, but they charged me an origination fee for the request, then froze my account and added an extra 1100 a week to my original payments! Do NOT work with this company.

Great Communication, Easy Access to Details
Great communication. It is easy to request a draw through the website. I like that the details of your draw, including interest and principal portions of your payment are clear and easy to understand in your portal. The team at Idea Financial will also reach out periodically to remind you of your available LoC. I'm not a fan of the draw percentage rate and the yearly renewal rate for the LoC, but it's better than being left with nothing while waiting for your receivables to come in.

Idea Financial was a great company to work with when I needed some extra capital for my business. Alexa was so professional and accommodating and the company vetted and approved me very quickly. They gave me a generous amount of funds with a fair interest rate which should ease some pressure going into the holidays. I recommend working with them.
