I discovered that the slot music can't be turned off in some games, and it's too loud. I like to listen to the simplest melody, but in some machines, the noise just drowns out the rest.
I spent months playing their games and earned over $100 but was never able to withdraw it because the website went down. I tried reaching out via their message feature multiple times and never got a response back. It's been over a month now. If someone from the company reaches out to me and helps me resolve this I will be more than happy to change my rating. However, as of now I don't understand why this site is still rated above 1 star as the website literally doesn't work.

The slot froze right during the bonus game. They debited my balance but didn't credit my winnings. I wrote to support, but it's been two days and no response. I'm not coming back here.
Currently I am in month #3 of waiting on a payout. Today, I attempted to login and check on the progress only to find out that after typing the web address into my search bar, only a blank screen popped up. Poor business practices done by unprofessional scam artists.on the bright side, I won't have to go thru all the bull crap of receiving and having to sell SOLANA. where they do that at? I should have known better when they stopped paying out through Cash app.
Well it's almost been a couple months and my winnings, I put in to have redeemed haven't been redeemed, still says we're processing your 10 dollar redemption, also asked support a couple times different times a question and they don't even respond anymore. Used to be my favorite platform but just don't know what to think anymore

Just wanted to update this review site and let everybody know that this Luckygold.fish casino is still a scam. 100% the site never paid out. Every update from the owner saying they pay users is a lie. Trust and believe this casino site is a complete waste of your time as the site does not pay users. It's a scam casino site.
They have yet to process my redemption. And now I can no longer claim my winnings from the casino. Do not trust them with your money
I tried them out expecting to have as good a time as I did with Ultraspin.VIP, and it didn't work out. Customer service was hard to reach and unresponsive.

It used to be really good when they were accepting Cash app payments and redemptions to Cash app. Now that they’ve changed to crypto everything is a problem. There’s no more agents online. I’ve sent emails numerous of times and no response. I did a redemption of $10 to my Solano Wallet and still have not received it.
