We found ourselves need to set app a family trust and our friends had told us about molten law offices we did a little bit of research and do diligence and we're so happy we did we could not be happier to relieve and distress that it took off our shoulders for when we get older all of our wishes will be carried out and property will go to the correct people it was amazing service The people that helped us in the office that are appointment are always available reachable by phone or email and work extremely friendly kind and professional we are forever grateful to them. Tristan and Jen were AMAZING!! Hey answered every single queshin without any judgment and they help assume one of the toughest times we've had in our life so we are eternally grateful for that!! lovely folks!!

Draney Trust
After several inquiries with different firms, we decided Moulton Law would best fit our needs because they did a great job of covering all the bases for our specific needs. After our Trust was completed, we went to work putting all of our investments and accounts in the Trust which is not the easiest task because of the different terms and forms that needed to be filled out for each account. I'm happy to say we have completed the task, however getting government bonds converted takes a minimum of six months because of their inefficiencies. Moulton Law was helpful and courteous helping us during this critical process.

For years we put this off

This was our first time using this firm. They were very structured and gave us a lot of information. Their follow up with paperwork had many typos and misspellings of our names on multiple pages. After a couple of revisions the misspellings and typos were corrected.

Living Trust in process
Moulton and I signed the agreement on 8/12/24 for them to write a living trust for me. Tristan is the lawyer, Diana Davis is the paralegal. I trust both of them as they work on writing the trust. Diana replies to my emails, and has called when some details were not clear.Due to a trip and subsequent illness, extra info requested was not given to them for a month. Once they had the info it was 9 weeks until I saw the living trust draft. I read it in entirety over 2 weeks and had many questions.Diana was able to answer some of them, and we are waiting for Tristan to have time to answer the rest. I have faith that this will work out, and am relieved that Moulton has set no time limit in which the trust needs to be completed since it has been almost 5 months since it was started. I hope it will be finished by end Jan 2025.

Making a Living Trust Happen
The experience of putting together a Living Trust was pretty straight forward for the most part. Some of the decision making on our part made us think but we are happy with the end product. Now we just need to finish our part of the work.
