The work that Jack did was outstanding , It took some time with the IRS but it was worth the wait. When things were looking bad and there was no hope he came through.

A Trusted Angel
If your in need of tax help....this is the place!! Having on my own screwed up a personal offer in compromise, came to Jack and his team and they SUCESSFULLY got the IRS to accept a second OIC for pennies on the dollar and get the I.R.S. off my back. I have a new life for the work he did!

The Tax Experts, setting the standard of excellence and truly providing much needed relief
So i found Jack and his team just by doing a general search on the internet, this very basic and non specific method of research turned out to be the luckiest and most fortunate find of any company or firm that i have ever come across. Not only did Jack Gendreau, and his team come thru for me with regards to my serious tax issues, they saved me a ton of money when i researched peers in their field, they also gave me peace of mind and assured me that everything was going to be alright.. They came thru and saved my butt, and allowed me to start living again.. Jack and his awesome team truly became my beacon of light in the scary and unknown world of taxes.

After years of harassment...
Thanks to the Orange County Tax Relief Group, the IRS agreed to pennies on the dollar instead of a lot of unfair penalties and interest. The process took a lot of patience, but thanks to Jack and his associates I can make a few payments that I can afford, and stop the threats and harassment of the collection people.

Outstanding and Professional!
We would like to take this opportunity to recommend The Tax Experts Group. We were able to schedule prompt appointments within our schedule to complete back tax filings and promptly provide an Offer in Compromise to the I.R.S. While the I.R.S. has been slow to process our forms we have been assured that soon we will have acceptance of our offer and will pay an extremely small portion of the funds demanded by the federal tax collectors. We would urge anyone with outstanding tax liabilities to meet with this outstanding company and relieve their burden and stress by filing with The Tax Experts Group.

Orange County Tax Relief lifted the weight of the world off of my shoulder.
I owed the IRS over $30,000. I had received mulitiple notices from the IRS with each new notice taking me to new level of anxiety and deeper into a stage of depresion. I dont know anything about taxes so i was uneasy dealing with the IRS directly. I contacted the Orange County Tax Relief for assistace. It was perhaps the best decision I have ever made. From the 1st conversation and throughtout the process they treated me with respect.After 7 months the IRS accepted the offer. I feel that through their assistant the weight of the world has been lifted off of my shoulders and i have given a second chance. Wonderful Service by a Very Professional Expert
We were not referred to Jack by anyone. We found him using the internet. I narrowed my choices to 3 companies and chose Jack due to costs, experience, and location. We were notified by the IRS that we were being audited for 2 years of tax returns. Having never been thru anything like this before, we were obviously concerned with the outcome and what we were able to prove. Jack was very knowledgeable and confident with us. His reassurance and attention to detail was excellent and is what we needed to deal with the IRS. He was always reachable by phone and has a very polite and professional staff. Needless to say, the outcome of our case was much better than we had anticipated. Jack met with the IRS agent numerous times and was able to prove to the agent that we were good people that unfortunately allowed the wrong people to do our returns for us. The final outcome has been a relief and manageable one for us. I highly recommend Jack for any and all tax purposes. He has our business for years to come!!

Settled my $200k+ IRS tax bill for pennies on the dollar!
The IRS was breathing down my neck and wanted payment immediately. I called around and everyone else said I would have to do an installment agreement - except OCTR/TEG said they could do an Offer In Compromise. They were able to deftly hold off the IRS for over 2 YEARS until I was between contracts, then resubmitted the OIC and it was approved! I ended up paying only $100 per month for 24 months, or only $2,400 total on a balance of over $200,000! I highly recommend OCTR/TEG for any and all IRS issues. I even still use them for doing my taxes! Top notch.

Jack Gendreau is a Miracle Worker!
I am so thankful that I found Jack Gendreau and hired him to help me out of a very difficult situation with the IRS. He is an absolute miracle worker! He was able to negotiate an offer and compromise with the IRS when everyone else said it couldn't be done. He has been doing my taxes ever since then and has saved me a lot of money, been on top of every detail, and always extremely professional. I can't thank him enough for the huge burden he has removed from my life and I have the highest recommendation for him and his staff.
