Excellent customer service and the best prices.
I chose a fabric for conference room chair seats that needed recovering. It's only 5-6 yards. I had shopped around to several sites, and found their prices (for the exact same fabric) to be 30% less than their competition. The site didn't say the fabric I wanted was on backorder, but when I placed the order, they contacted me right away to let me know it was backordered, and when the manufacturer said it would be in. They gave me the option of cancelling or waiting. I chose to wait. Their communication & customer service has been excellent, and I will definitely order from them again.

Fast, friendly, amazing!

My First experience!
I was very pleased with the service and quality of my entire experience. The fabric was exactly as described and viewed on line. I appreciated the Swatches sent gratis at the start of the process. Part of my order was delayed and on back order, Palazzo kept me informed of it's staus and didn't hold the 1st part of my order, sending it immediately. It was an extra cost to them for conveniencing me! I saw it as " customer recognition"! I definitely recommend and will return. Thank- You!

Found that Perfect Hard to Find Fabric at a Great Price!!
I Upholstered my first project ever and I went to the fashion district in Los Angeles but could NOT find what I was looking for. After hours of sorting through books I found the perfect black and white striped print but it was almost $80 a yard! ouch! A Friend of mine directed me to this website and it has a really easy to use system to filter through all the fabrics they offer in just seconds! I can select color, pattern, type of fabric and can easily view everything they have. Much easier than sorting through oceans of books at a store. And even better they have the exact same striped print that I had found at the fabric store but it is only $50 a yard! much better! And it does get better, you can request up to 6 free samples of fabric with totally free shipping too! And it arrived to my home very quickly, I think just two days, Im sure it depends on where you live. It was then easy to make my choices! This company is efficient in both its fabric selection system and swift shipments! I wish I could upload a picture of my finished couch, the seat and back rest are crushed blood red velvet and the back of the couch has that perfect black and white striped fabric that was simply just too expensive anywhere else!

Good quality, quick shipment
I found some particular specialty fabric for a chair for my mountain cabin. My upholsterer did a great job with it and it looks great! I got it very quickly and I thought the price was very fair.

DEEP INVENTORY & GREAT SERVICE
I scoured the New York City fabric district for days only to find what I was looking for at my finger tips--online at Palazzo Fabrics. Not only did they send samples of materials I chose, but they suggested (and sent) other, associated materials that I might consider. The price was fantastic and the fulfillment was delivered within days. It's now my go-to place for fabrics.

I make upholstery weight diaper bags and this last one was for a woman who really loved a piece of fabric I found at Palazzo. It was out of stock and back ordered. You kindly called me and asked if I wanted to cancel the order; I said no. The fabric arrived EXACTLY when I was told it was, and it is absolutely beautiful. I will shop here again....you have the best selection of contemporary upholstery I have found. (I had never bought fabric on line - you have opened a whole new world to me!) Thank you.

Perfect for my project
First, I ordered swatches for a reupholstery project. The swatches are big enough to include all the colors in a pattern and let you get a good feel of what the fabric will look like on the project. After the batch of swatches came, I knew I'd found the perfect fabric and I ordered immediately. My reupholstered chair looks fantastic.

Pattern #P7254 fabric
I ordered this material to recover 4 dining table chairs. I was skeptical to order online as it is difficult to judge the color and quality on a computer screen. However....I was blown away at both the color and quality of this material! It stated that it was tested for 100,000 rubs and it (unlike others) was cleanable with solvent based cleans rather than the water based rating of similar material. While I have not yet got my chairs back from the upholster shop I cant speak to the cleaning claim. However I would be shocked if it does not clean great. I assume this will look great on my chairs but if it did not, it will not be the materials fault if I get poor workmanship there. When I took the material and chairs to the shop the Guy also was blown away at the color and quality!!! He said as soon as he looked it over that his suppliers (at least 100) could not come close to this price. He said the cost would be at least double from any of them !!! Do not hesitate to order from this supplier ! This is my first order from them but will be back for any future project that I have.
