Is it a waist of Money and time?
I bought the office 365 course bundle 70-346 and 347, only 346 have some question, No test questions for 347. Why?Video course is not great. no lab. it is a waist of money. I am still not able to feel momentum. please careful buying this.

No one answers the phone in sales or chat during normal business hours
My rating is more due to the sales customer service than the actual courses themselves. This is due to the fact that when I wanted to ask questions before purchasing the Entire IT Certification Training Library I couldn't get anyone on the phone or in the chat session during their normal business hours of 9:00 am - 5:30pm ET. When you call the sales number at (888) 840-2378 you get a recording. The recording first tells you "your call will be answered in the order it was received." It does this a few times within 2 mins. on hold then tells you to leave a message and someone will call you back. I tried the chat window as well. No one is Ever there. I am a busy individual which is why I take online, self-paced training courses. It's all about convenience when I'm learning at my own pace. Leaving messages or voicemails to companies that say they are available and then they are not, is very annoying. There only seems to be ONE salesperson, Tom, and you get his voicemail as well when you are transferred. I'm not surprised that he doesn't answer -- he's just ONE person. There are a lot of courses on this site and I find it very hard to believe that one person can handle and give quality answers to all the questions about All the courses.I was referred here from a good friend. But I found out recently that QuickCert looks to have been acquired by another company, Oncourselearning.com (which doesn't appear to even list QuickCert in their catalog of products) so that could explain the lack of a customer support team in QuickCert sales. At this point, I'm not sure QuickCert will be around if there's no sales support.I'll go elsewhere, maybe Pluralsight or Microsoft Academy. QuickCert may have lost a customer due to the acquisition -- whether their buyer cares or not appears to be the case since they only have ONE sales person for 200+ courses for the ENTIRE QuickCert IT course library.I never write bad reviews, but this experience was bad.

QuickCert A+
The "Star" rating is really not fair, as there are more than a few areas that can be rated. My rating is specific to the A+ 801 online course.
I am appreciative of the wide range of content (I would be more appreciative if I actually owned it beyond a licensed period of time).
I'm finishing the studies for my 801 exam (scheduled early this coming week), and after re-studying in the order of the CompTIA Objectives, I am feeling confident after about 8 days of frequent study (5 - 8 hours each day).
My two observations, and I am hoping this in not the case in the additional 2 courses that I have purchased, are that the instructor covers topics that he notes are "not part of the A+ exam" but he feels it's important. I wish these topics were in their own section. There is so much information to study, I do not need the content muddied with irrelevant technical information if it is not included on the exam.
The second item that I could do without (or at least have much less of) are the many anecdotes, some of which are re-stated more than one time. I can appreciate the attempt to humanize the course, but there are too many personal stories that appear to have no relevance to the exam, and they take up precious time that could better be spent on content relevant to the exam.

Good customer service
I talked with the QuickCert rep and he was very helpful in understanding my situation and helping me with the purchase

Purchasing training, but given deadline on which to take it.
I really don't see how any of your salespeople can sell a course with a promise that it can be accessed at anytime, but then there is a deadline on the course so you cannot access it after that time. I paid $1400.00 for a course that I am told isn't really mine to access after a certain date. I would never have paid that much for something I cannot keep. This is so wrong.

Lonely in Colorado
First of all, I wish to take issue with the "stars" rating system, as there is too much focus on friction. There was no friction at all in my dealings with anyone at QuicKCert; however that does not mean that I would rate the company with four or five stars. The representatives with whom I spoke at QuickCert were very nice and helpful. The problem was the real lack of contact. After I signed with QuickCert, no-one ever contacted me to see how I was progressing or if I needed help. In fact, when I passed the certification simulators for the 801 and 802 courses, no-one contacted me to say well done, or inform me that I was clear to take the actual exams. I assumed that I was able to sit the A+ exams and went ahead with them. I passed both. I informed QuickCert that I passed the 801. I haven't told them yet that I also passed the 802, although I did send an e-mail to the course instructor, Chuck Moore, although, unusually, he has not replied. Chuck Moore was very helpful and gave good advice re exam preparation. QuickCert were very helpful when they gave me a 3 months extension on the 802 (my wife has been ill for the past year and I have spent a lot of time as caregiver, which took me away from my studies). Another problem was the Sybex course material. Sometimes some of the topics listed in the chapter objectives were not covered in said chapter. I actually used three other manuals to help with learning, including "Comptia A+ For Dummies", which was excellent. Yes, I passed the Comptia A+ exams, but was really left on my own to get on with it, which I found really strange. Didn't expect to be baby-sat, but a bit more contact would have been appreciated. Even just to say"congrats".

Great videos cover the subject matter in depth.
The lessons are very comprehensive. I am learning a lot. I really like when the instructor does hands on demonstration of the material. He shows the parts of the computer from all angles and makes it very clear as to what he is doing.

quick cert
Quick cert is hard to follow. The labs and the chapters do not seem to go together. Plus I had a friend sign up with quick certs and I never got the 50.00 sent to me. I think that is bad customer service.

Good Course Materials/Exam Study Guide Materials
I purchased a Groupon for QuickCert Training materials for the CompTIA A+, Networking + and Security + exams respectively. The materials were well presented more or less, good slideshows and demo's involved. Recommendations to be better value to customers: Include Queue cards for studying, access to direct any relevant questions to the training of said course materials, perhaps more challenging chapter reviews. All in all though, fantastic value for a $100 investment.

All you need in one site
Customer service is great. Wish the lectures somehow were more interactive, interesting.
The best thing to me are the labs, which allow you to practice as much as desired

Focused Training, Great Resualts!
QuickCert IT Training has prepared me for all my Microsoft Certifications for several years! With up to date training material and engaging video instructors, and recently Live Labs; I have felt confident for every test! All training videos should be done by this team for all my Supply Chain Training! Great Job QuickCert, keep up the hard work!

Loving QuickCert so far
I've only done one class so far, and I haven't tested yet, but I've really enjoyed the process up to this point. I watch the videos everyday. I can start and stop when I need to. I will have a more thorough review after I pass the certification tests.

Need to be more like the test
I took the Outlook 2010 practice tests on your site and was told the test would be like it. It wasn't. The test is interactive and not so much written questions and answers. It would be helpful if the practice tests were the same so you know what to expect.

Great training for someone with a busy schedule!
Great content, and instructors are very knowledgeable. Some lack personality, but its okay with me, I'm just there to learn.
