Help when I messed up.
This was an order for a replacement part that I messed up building my ROKR clock. And the promise to help when I broke something was carried out perfectly. And, BTW, the clock is beautiful!!

I HAVEN´T RECIEVED MY ORDER
I was reading some of the other 1-star reviews and i discovered that my case is so similar to the others. I bought 2 sets on the 7th of February, and it´s still showing as "confirmed". It´s been 3 weeks already, and no news about what is happening to my order, i already sent an email regarding my experience and how confused i was. This is a scam, the shipping says 5 to 10 days, but l i haven´t even received the shipping code, because i´ts STILL in confirmed. Im dissapointed. Im not sure if this can be fixed? Can you send my order?. If not, I want a refund. Please i need answers. My order is RTO242276

Got one for my boyfriend for Christmas
Got one for my boyfriend for Christmas. He is a mechanic and I was afraid it would be something he wouldn't want to do after work but figured he would have fun once it was assembled. Turned out to be one of his favorite gifts ever. He's having fun assembling it and says its the most intricate model he has done.
