I placed an order then the next day I received a Email that my order was "being prepared" then a 2nd email with "tracking and expected delivery date"...then a 3rd email the next day saying the order was "Cancelled" because they were out of stock. Next time I'll use a website with a Reliable Accurate Inventory system like Sam's Beauty OR Ebony line so I don't waste my time!
this is our go to place for hair dye and has beenfor years now (july 2024). best prices, cheapor free fast shipping, good selection. we gaveup on Sally Beauty long ago!!!
