Sunber Hair has great customer service support. They responded to each and every email in a reasonable time. Which is important to me.
I placed an order on March 4th and got an email saying it was shipped on the same day. The tracking number they gave me was invalid with FedEx so I emailed them. I had to follow up twice for them to respond 4 days later with a new tracking number with a different courier. Extremely weird if you ask me.. 6 days have passed and my package status is “label created” and Sunber has not answered my emails. Their website states 3-5 day express delivery. Very close to disputing this with my bank because this is ridiculous

The customer service with Sunber is the best I’ve had with any hair company. They respond quickly and always find solutions. Now the hair is 100% quality!!! I’ve ordered from them twice and never received anything less than great. The hair is smooth, silky, no shedding or random hair lengths.

The best part so far is that they do COMMUNICATE with their customers. I am waiting to give my 100% review after they act on what they communicated and when I receive the finished product. Also to see if they refund my first order due to a timing conflict.

I absolutely love this wig! Shipping was fast and smooth, and the customer service was outstanding. I emailed the company to ask about the delivery date, and Alfie got back to me in record time, which really put me at ease. When I received the unit—oh my goodness—it is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The quality exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again!

I had ordered a wig that the 13x4 was not going to work for me due to wearing glasses. I sent it back and USPS managed to mess up the delivery. But the customer service rep with Sunber was very nice and we got it straightened out. The exchange wig was sent out asap. Very nice and very helpful.
