Jim Courier Oh my! I find him smarmy--meaning arrogant and condescending. Just a few moments ago, he called Lindsay Davenport crabby because she brought up at issue he apparently wanted to avoid. It's sexist. Don't like what a woman says, demean her!
I do not like the new female commutator. She talks way too much which is distracting when a match is going. She talks as if there shouldn’t be any silence while there’s a point going. Please, please talk to her or Remove her as a commentator. Thank you
I watch tennis channel often but am weary of seeing the same ads over and over again. For example, the messages about “getting pulled over” is displayed during almost EVERY break in the action.
1) During matches the TC frequently uses 1/3 of the viewing area to interject scores from previous matches or upcoming matches and events. This can run for up to 5 min. Ridiculous! First why so long? Second, why not run the scores at the bottom of the screen in a small line as are done in every other sport? 2) Right now I'm trying to watching the 2025 Rolex Paris Masters and wherever they have the camera located at this event, the tennis court looks like a square (not elongated like a real tennis court). The backcourt looks squished. At first I thought it was pickle ball court. What gives? This is so difficult to watch!
After the closure of the channel in the UK (it's now available on Prime) they refunded me when they said they would. It was always very reasonably priced. Glad to see it available elsewhere now.
The Tennis Channel app on our Roku device is terrible. It constantly freezes up and also does not stay signed in. They NEED TO IMPROVE IT!
Tennis Channel says the app shows full matches, but it does NOT! We're trying to watch the final match of the Tokyo Open between Carlos Alcaraz and Taylor Fritz, but they keep skipping whole chunks of the play, whole points, a full half of the play. That is NOT a full match!!!!!!!!!! We paid for this app so we could see full matches, and instead we're just getting abbreviated games that only show about half of each game. NOT AS ADVERTISED!!!!!!!!
After subscribing, I could not access my account to watch what I paid for. Customer service was.completely useless and they never got back to me about the 24-hour grace period refund I was entitled to. Very bad experience.
We’ve been long, long time TC viewer. Recently we reviewed our cable package and I suggested dropping TC but my husband wanted to keep it. Since TC doesn’t carry Grand Slams, I only watch the Slam warm ups tournament cycle. What I dislike most besides match coverage, are the commentators. Im watching Cincy and the two Brit commentators are blinking annoying, with the bits’n’bobs comments and accents that I can’t understand what they’re even saying. Always commenting on player’s kits 🥴. Can’t you pay enough for Americans to give out useless info during a match. Is the pay scale that low?
I could not watch the finals today. Been waiting and waiting and sent an email. I wanted to watch the final of the Toronto Masters. Nothing! All day I've waited and nothing will load! I've tried different browsers, different matches and feel sad. They have a lot to offer and give you pretty much everything. But I feel the streams could be faster and sometimes it has teething problems. The staff are friendly and I've had issues before and I let things go and I've rectified some things. But this business of paying a yearly subscription and not being able to watch the finals of a masters tournament honestly sickens me! I wonder what tomorrow will bring!? I am a loyal tennis fan and try to keep in touch with it all.

The tennis channel app for Roku is just awful. The livestream audio and video go out of sync all the time. I tried to remedy the problem by signing in on my computer and hooking it up to the TV with an HDMI cable. That worked fine for one day. Then the next day it said it was a licensing challenge and the device's certificate was revoked. I would not have even done this if the TV app worked properly in the first place. This is really inexcusable when you pay $118/year for the service.
I've been a subscriber for years and the help desk couldn't help me today when I told them the account would not accept my password. This happened also a couple of months ago and then after talking to three co-workers a gentleman gave me a password which worked without subjecting me to numerous ridiculous questions. I regret paying for this app now after experiencing these recent problems. The corporation is at fault, the co-workers are unable or ill informed how to fix subscribers problems. I should have read other reviews before subscribing for another year.
I generally like it but right now I’m trying to watch the tiebreak to see who wins the Eastbourne title, and in the middle of it, they’re popping up the Wimbledon schedule and making the picture so small you can’t see it. Maybe this is a rerun and some others have seen it already. But I haven’t and I’m trying to see it. It’s pure stupidity to shrink the screen and be showing the schedule for like five minutes during the tiebreak. 😡
You can not get a refund and they automatically renew your subscription even if you cancel on the day of renewal.

There is WAY too much talking, too loud, in the middle of points….the commentators just ruin the experience and ultimately the sport.
It says after paying the the money,"VIDEOS not available in your country"! SCAM!!!! missed an important final,wasted several hours trying to sort it all out.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !
Money for nothing. That is what they get.Sign up to wartch Womans WTA matches but they are not shown despite their website adverising them. No point in trying to get a refund but cancelled my payment card details to stop them helping themselves to more MONEY FOR NOTHING ongoing. There should be some authority set up to actyally stop this sort of behaviour. No Chance sadly me thinks.
It continues to amaze me that from the start of almost any match on Tennis Channel and especially women's matches, the announcers spend almost the entire match apologizing and making excuses for poor performance of one of the players...usually the one they like the best.All they do is rehash the same nonsense over and over and it sounds like they are eulogizing the player after every point.For example, everyone knows that Coco Gauff has issues with double faults. So, is it really necessary to harp on it after every double fault or every other point? Why not just call the match and credit the person who wins the point with a good serve or return and credit the winner with WINNING the match instead of making excuses for the person who LOSES the match?Every single match, it is the same thing. From start to finish. Just listen and see; from start to finish the tone of their voices and comments are almost all negative!
