There are some parts that have been very effective and dependable. But there’s still much development to be done. We love the prayer wall. Very effective. Our live streaming had some initial kinks, but they have been worked out and it’s been very reliable as well. But we continue to have consistent problems with messaging in the group as well as notifications, especially if it’s an android phone.
We have had great customer service from Tithely. Very impressed with the quick response when we have issues or questions.
THE WORST! Stay away from this platform. IF you have issues there is NO live support, you are speaking to an AI bot only via email. Tithley DOES NOT perform the way it's sold.
We are just beginning to use Tithe.ly as of the beginning of this year (2026). The onboarding help and then further help from the technical service support has been top notch. Their quick response to any question has been so encouraging as we begin a relationship with Tithe.ly.

I love Tithe.ly. The Breeze giving site makes me sing and dance -- so helpful. The webinars are wonderful. I have one issue though. I started in Tithe.ly itself entering names, addresses, birthdays, family units, etc. Then I was told I needed to use Breeze, so I started there -- again, love the ease of use -- but my Tithe.ly list and my Breeze list are not at all the same. I had to add a lot of information -- bring families back together, put in birth and anniversary years I know I had in Tithe.ly (my own), so I'm just a little confused. I hope I'm not entering weeks of giving and many, many people if I have to do it twice. How do I get them to sync?
So far it is going good. Our congregation is filled with older adults who resist change, so it is a slow process to get people to sign up!

Tithe.ly has been a game-changer for our church. We've been using it to digitize our departments and have been impressed with the comprehensive suite of tools it offers. From managing our events calendar and tracking attendance to sending out text messages and managing our small groups, Tithe.ly has everything we need in one place.We particularly love the "People" feature for family follow-ups and the ability to create a custom mobile app and website for our church. The giving and financial reporting tools have also been incredibly helpful for us.Overall, we are very happy with Tithe.ly and would highly recommend it to any church looking for an all-in-one solution to streamline their operations and better engage with their community.
