Complete Scam!! Do not send any money to them! Read the other negative reviews, their story is exactly like mine. Once you complete the application they will call you and send you an "official" report that looks like it came from the Govt. It does not have any trademark identifying class numbers on the report so they try to charge you multiple times even though you may only need one or two classes for your trademark. After researching the trademark classes there was overlap with the what was provided on the report. Trying to charge twice for the same class but since they didn't provide the class numbers you wouldn't know that based on their report. Their game is to push you into buying now and I assume they file for your case number and probably pocket the rest. I realized what was going on and did not move forward. I did not give them any extra money for the classes. It would have been around $3500 if I paid them what they claimed was mandatory so I asked for a refund for my upfront application fee, I told them I would pay for the report but since I didn't use any of the other services I would like a refund for the balance. I was promised a full refund by no less than 5 different people. first it was 3-5 days then it turned into 6-10 days and the last excuse was up to 21 days for the refund. I was emailed a very general document that said the refund was processed but anytime I tried to reply to the email it was blocked. I tried 3 different email addresses. The first week they would answer the phone (but they don't identify their company name) and know exactly who I was and promise the refund had been processed and now it is out of their hands. I was passed to several different "departments" with the same excuse and promised multiple times that someone would call me back with an update, NO ONE called me back. It has now been 21 days and they have blocked my calls and now I cannot get anyone to reply on the chat box on their website. Ignore all the positive reviews , I NEVER write reviews but I felt I needed to warn other people thinking about using this place as an option. Use at your own risk! Last thing- if they see this review they will claim they searched their records and have no evidence of me being a client as their response so you will ignore this review. I have the report and emails from them claiming they would send the refund.

Find a reputable trademark service, this isn't one of them!
I chose to cancel their service after being told that the USPTO requires three trademark classes to be filed when registering a trademark. After doing my own research, I learned that this is not a requirement — the number of classes depends on what you actually need to protect. This sales approach felt misleading and pressured me toward unnecessary additional costs.Because of this, I canceled and was told I would receive a refund. That refund never came. Despite follow-ups, the $188 has not been returned, which only added to my frustration.Between the questionable sales practices and the failure to honor a promised refund, I cannot recommend this company. I strongly suggest doing your own research and proceeding with caution before working with them.

Complete and total fraud! Charged me to submit trademarks for 5 classes and only paid USPTO for 1 class, then tried to tell me I had to submit a form that couldn't be submitted for over 5 years. Even USPTO advised me they are likely frauds. Don't trust them, don't send them any money.So I searched their IP address, its located in Oregon and has only been in service for 1 year, yet them claim to have filed over 1000 trademarks. Since it takes almost a year that's interesting for them to claim. Had someone call me impersonating a trademark attorney, AKA a name they pulled off a random application. Guy used 2 names, told me to view his linked in which showed he was an attorney but texted me he wasnt an attorney.Most telling information....they don't even have a trademark for their own business!Run as fast as you can!
