They are extremely ignorant, impossible to reach almost level of scammers, they put wrong address on my package they have no intention to fix, stay hell out of this site

Items never sent... refunded a month later.
Bought and paid for items were never sent. No communication on their end. No phone number to call. It takes several emails before they respond. Eventually I got a refund almost a month after purchase. Do not waste your time.

Yah They suck,No response from customer…
Yah They suck,No response from customer support through e-mail and the phone number I found goes to a voice mail that nobody returns calls.They made their money in the car industry already in the 90's and 2000's.Bought one of their meters and no support.

Customer support is non existent
Customer support is non existent, have sent 2 email requesting info, one on registering my new product, bought NOS, 3 weeks ago, no answer. Followed the instructions in the owners manual, cannot get a self test to pass nor connect to my car. send a email a week ago, no answer.
