Pathetic Customer Service
I placed an on order Dec 5, a label was printed on the 5th, but order did not ship until Dec 9th. I was following order and it was not moving. On Dec 16th I reached out to customer service to let them know there was an issue with this package. I got some BS response that volume was high due to holidays and to get with them on Dec 26th, if I had not received. Clearly, with NO MOVEMENT, a reasonable person would surmise there was an issue. They wanted me to wait 4 weeks and then contact them again!? I contacted a friend who happened to be a post master and he looked into the package. It had indeed not moved since Dec 9th, and they "did not know" where the package was...i contacted customer service again and forwarded what USPS told me, NO RESPONSE from customer service. USPS were able to track the package down and get it to me. ALLSTARHEALTH customer service is pathetic. I can tell you as a past supply chain professional, AND a customer rep, that i would have investigated this issue AND I would have tried to make it right it by offering a discount, or some other way to show appreciation for their purchase and patience. The delay was not initially their fault, but their response and lack of action was...There are a plethora of online retailers to choose from, so, dont patron those who don't go above and beyond. Needless to say, I will not purchase from them again, and do not recommend that anyone does!

Paid for 2 day Fed-ex and order was…
Paid for 2 day Fed-ex and order was delayed.Seller should have given at least a partial refund on the shipping,which was over twenty dollars.Seller has ignored my messages.After dozens of orders,I now do not feel that I can trust them again.

No receipt of purchase on 12/9
No receipt of purchase on 12/9. Today 12/11. Email sent asking about order status. No response. Canceled order online. Still shows pending as if to be processed. Guessing this place is a scam. Haven’t received any refund or notice of a refund. If you put the effort into daily customer service and be proactive on the front end of business and communicate-you wouldn’t have to spend all your time writing a rebuttal to people’s complaints. No I don’t recommend this facade of a supplement store.

Apprehensive at first...
I saw the negative reviews but took a chance as the order was low-value.Order placed with DHL International Express Tracked as the shipping option. Dispatched next working day.Arrived in my country and cleared customs and was delivered within 3-days.My recommendation to other people is to always choose the tracked shipping option.

Used to love this company
Used to love this company. Now refuse to take orders over the phone. Only on line. Took 1 1 /2 hours to make an order that would have been 3 minutes by phone. Agent was on phone, using wasted manhours to work with me.INSANE. Wake up all star. This is rediculous, unproductive, costing you MORE money. A disgusting waste of TIME OUT OF MY LIFE. You wonder why the world is so angry? Just look in the mirror, ceo.

Best supplement company ever and I’ve been ordering from them since 2011 and other companies are the real scams. Best prices and fastest delivery. They have warehouses on both coasts so would get your products quickly! All the people complaining clearly don’t know how to read policies or understand how billing works. PERIOD

So far so good
So far so good I made an order for my stash double bergamot black tea which is very expensive everywhere else and they had such a great price I couldn't pass it up. I didn't get tracking right away but as soon as I sent an email they sent me the information I was skeptical at first now I'm going to try and purchase some vitamins that are $45 cheaper than Amazon and hope that they are real but the only way to find out is to purchase them.

Experience was great
I was skeptical of ordering from a website I'd never heard of, but it was one of the very few that said they had the item I needed in stock. I ordered, and within 4 days the item was in my mailbox! Price was typical of other locations. I'm very pleased and will order again from them!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! They pulled the money from my bank account and then proceeded to email me stating that my billing address isn't correct, my bank would not have let the funds out if I didnt have my billing address correct done it by accident before this place is a scam

Arrives in Australia in 13-19 days
I ordered 2 x Superior Source 3 mg melatonin. It arrived in Australia in 19 days, put safely in my letterbox. Tracking was great. I wanted this brand, as I know it gets me back to sleep when I wake too early, when other brands haven't worked. 3 mornings straight now, I've taken the SS tablets around 5 a.m. and gone back to sleep. I can't without them. This confirms to me what I've received is not counterfeit, as some AliExpress and Amazon supplements have been reported to be. I've place 2 orders so far. Allstar guarantee their supplements are direct from the manufacturers.

I'm so glad I found them! Since what I usually get stopped making it, they actually sell it! Before ordering, I emailed and asked if the picture was the same as the actual product, since other places I had gotten it from was an old picture but the new product and I was actually emailed back, some places didnt bother, they were fast to get back to me and very nice and they let me know, in other words, that the picture is what I'll get. I took a chance, ordered one and im so happy I did because it was exactly that! Only prework out that actually blends well and tastes and works great! I just made my next order a couple days ago. Shipping don't take long. I'm so grateful for them! After my 3rd child I can finally get back to working out! Edit: Spoke too soon about fast shipping. I feel like this writting this before jinxed me. Since I first posted I have order 4 maybe 5 more times and now I feel like they wait last minute to even ship it. But this last time, it'll be 1 week! I ordered in time, like I usually do, so when I ran out, it would usually be here. I'll run out on Saturday! I even ordered a kind a didnt like because they were out of the other flavors just so it would be here!

I can't understand the negative reviews. I've been shopping with all star health for a few years now and their products have consistent lower prices and the shipping is extremely fast. I get my orders shipped the same day I place an order.

Not Recommended for International Customers
I would not recommend ordering from AllStarHealth if you’re outside the US particularly in Australia. My experience was frustrating due to their lack of accountability and poor customer service.I placed an order on January 28th and paid $58.70 for 2 to 5 day shipping. However after weeks of delays my package was stuck in customs with no updates. Instead of assisting AllStarHealth shifted all responsibility onto me advising me to contact FedEx myself to find out what was going on.After nearly a month with no resolution I requested a refund but they refused citing a vague claim that the package “may” contain banned ingredients something they never flagged before shipping. Despite this being outside my control they provided zero compensation and stated they would only refund me if the package was returned minus return shipping fees.International customers should be aware that if anything goes wrong you’re on your own. There are far better companies that provide real support and stand by their customers. Disappointing experience.

Stop giving money to huge conglomerates
I order on average about $500 of weightlifting supplements a month. I previously used a place called Bodybuilding.com until they went to a similar format as Amazon prime. Where you only get the lower price deal as part of a subscription plan. I had been a customer of B-com since its inception around 2004.I felt that it was an insult to be forced into this new format so my business migrated to AllStarHealth. I have had nothing but great experiences with them in the past 5 years, and will continue to use their services. I feel that I can trust the sourcing of their products and vendors. The very few times I’ve had issues they cleared it up immediately. I can’t say enough good things.
