Don't even deserve this one star... ripped me off for $140 that was supposed to be a present for my kids birthdays. When I tried to contact the seller and artfire I got no where at all.. they actually sent me an email saying "have some patience"
The initial cost is 9.99... art fire took that and then tried to take it again, and again for my payment of November!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕artfire!!!
Artfire doesn't deserve 1 star but it's the lowest I can get. Artfire need to have a better control of who is doing business on their site. Many people, including me purchased something but have never received anything. but somehow the seller can provide fake shipping document to confirm they shipped the item, and you received the item. Artfire is loaded with these fraud businesses. Never purchase anything from there. Artfire should close this website.
Opened a seller account last year and sold only 2 items since. I lost my day job and could afford to pay unnecessary high fees anymore. I notified them I wanted to cancel my account which they said they did but doesn't look like they have when I just looked. Also sent them an email explaining my financial situation and request for a refund of $59.99 which they took AFTER my account was supposedly cancelled. They refused to refund me. AVOID.
I tried to sell here but seems like it has almost no traffic so I wanted to delete my account, I sent them the email and they never answer or delete the account, what is worse is that they keep charging me!!! I sent them another email and it happens the same. I dont recommend
I signed up in Jan 2020Had technical issues and getting NO reply to a request for assistance, gave up on ArtHeist and forgot all about them.BUT they were billing me small amounts the whole time. (I have to say, the theft was subtle enough to escape my notice. I only caught it today.)I realize it's not their job to say" "Hey Mike, we're taking your money on a regular basis, even though you have not logged in once since joining nearly a year ago."-But getting some "fine print" technical run-around from the 'support' underlings just pissed me off.Art Heist is to honesty as forgery is to Art.So many other legitimate platforms out there to sell your work. The difference between Artfire and legitimate sites is the difference between driving a BMW and riding in the trunk of a stolen car.Skip these clowns.

The product I received did not match the item I ordered. I tried repeatedly to get ahold of them. No one would respond to my emails. All I wanted was the remaining part to my order.
Cancelled my account in 2017. They waited until 2021 to steal money from my PayPal account at 2am and refuse to respond to my emails and refund the money they stole. Do NOT give this company your financial information they will steal from you.
They are website that does not take responsibility for the scammers that "sell" on their website. Got scammed out of quite a bit of money.

DO NOT SELL ON ARTFIRE. They charge you a lot of money for no reasons and nothing is clear. Even if your shop has been closed by them, they still charge you.
I was to be sent a mini dirt bike for my grandson, never heard from them, took my money.i wished I knew where it was coming from.
Buyer beware. You don’t see that this is an International seller until it is too late and your money is already gone and then you have no recourse. Luckily I paid with PayPal and they were able to refund my money, otherwise I would have lost 50.00. No way to contact, emails will NOT be returned.
This is definitely a scam site. I ordered from 2 different vendors and I am getting the same result from both of them. It has been over a month and I cannot get any information about the orders from either vendor. I filed one complaint with PayPal and they denied it. I cannot believe that PayPal and Artfire support these scammers. DO NOT USE ARTFIRE SITE. BEWARE

Scam site. Do not buy anything from this website. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing items. Never delivered. No contact from the "seller". Basically just stole my money. Absolutely terrible.
Artfire accepts payments from stolen bank details then offers no help with the losses. I have no idea of any details of an order !This is an example of their help ! I was charged $4.99 for a "subscription" to my PAYPAL account from ART FIRE. I supposedly made an account with them back in 2017 but never purchased anything (nor did I list anything). NOTE: Nothing is showing for fees from them previously on my PAYPAL account. I checked as far back as I could check. So now 5 years later (after I supposedly made an account) I get a $5.00 charge? For what?!?! I can't even get into the ART FIRE account that they claim I have. I don't remember ever even making an account! I'm in shock!! I tried contacting the ART FIRE company and received no response after a week. I complained to PAYPAL and they gave no help. They said it was "authorized" ! Who authorized it!?!?! It wasn't me!Watch out for ART FIRE! It's a scam company! And PAYPAL will be losing my business, too! They can't be trusted!!
If I could give them negative stars I would. I am SO frustrated. I ordered an AC unit OVER A MONTH AGO and have heard NOTHING! They are impossible to get ahold of. I'm convinced this is not even a legit business- IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN
