On account of mind blowing…
On account of mind blowing illustrations, your web look is much the same as obvious. Furthermore, your administrations aren't vastly improved, however I'll value your quick response to time.

It was all good except 1 large seam that is very noticeable. We had them out twice to fix it, but still looks just as bad. We were told over time when it was stepped on more it would look better, but a year later it is still extremely noticeable every time we walk into the room.

HUGE selection and incredibly professional
We had our carpets and hardwood floors installed by COSR. From the moment I stepped foot in the doors I was assisted by someone. They keep my records on file so anyone in the store can assist at any time and any day. I like that! Super efficient. I got my flooring completed in no time. The quality of the materials in their store are exceptional. They carry top shelf product! Their installers are just as good. I would definitely recommend them.

Material good, installers very poor
I was very pleased with the purchase of carpet and floor tiles. The sales reps and Ken, who measured and checked the work were professional and courteous. The men who installed the floor tiles were very good. However, the carpet installers piled up my furniture and house plants on the deck and in the bathroom. (Pictures available) When my daughter questioned the items on the deck the installer told her I had said it was okay to put them out there. This is untrue. I was unaware they had done this until much later when I complained to them about the way they had stacked the furniture on top of each other and saw my houseplants wilting in the sun.. Just this week I found some gouges in my grandmother's secretary (circa 1935) which had been jammed into a bathroom. The damage was small but the manner in which the installers did their work and their attitude were very poor. However the lie about my giving permission to cram everything on the deck was unforgivable.

Good experience
It took me a while to select carpet but the sales team was helpful, providing samples and suggestions. Carpet was installed and it looks great. I had a concern about a seam and the installers were back doing everything they could to ensure my experience was positive.

Excellent product
Carpet One went out of their way to find the right carpet for my home. I went in there with ideas and came out with a better solution. The measuring went quickly and installation on schedule. Was concerned with how carpet met hardwood and they came up with a solution that worked. Suggested a new vacuum, but that wasn't a problem.

Started the new carpet process with another area retailer. Got a bid from Carpet One/San Ramon to compare. The way they handled the process from beginning to end was soooo much more personal! Better follow up and follow-thru. Sharon and Ken were exceptional in their assistance and communication.

Great Service
Carpet One did a great job! Our Estimator, Bob, went above and beyond and helped us pick out the right carpet and color for our rental house. We are located out of town and Bob made the installation so easy by looking at the paint color and matching the right color for our needs. We never saw the carpet before it went in, but loved the result. The entire team did an outstanding job. Many thanks to Carpet One.
