Good service overall
Good service overall, Delivery is always on time and complete. Customer service reaction is very quick and change requests are realised fast. Internal communication could be better when there is a change of driver about specific instructions.

Lied to and ghosted by Fruitful Office
I inquired about getting a delivery to my office on Mondays. Leticia confirmed via email that Mondays were available despite it not showing availability online, and she said she'd update in the back end of the system once I placed the order. Once I had placed the order she emailed me and said actually Monday isn't available, so I asked to cancel the order. I haven't heard back from her in 4 days despite following up multiple times. While I do think she should have confirmed that delivery Monday was possible before telling that to me, we all make mistakes. What I don't find acceptable is to make the mistake and then completely ghost me, don't fix the mistake, and refuse to cancel the order that I placed under false pretenses. I'd appreciate your swift attention to this.UPDATE: after I made a huge stink I finally heard back.

The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent, it was really easy to set up and they have proven to be very reliable. We have been receiving our fruit for a few months now and we had a slight issue with the quality and they were very responsive about it and made us feel very looked after. They have continued to check in with us on a regular basis to make sure we are happy and always respond very quickly when I email them. I would definitely recommend.
