Horrible customer service
I purchased in excess of 6,000.00 in bathroom Reno supplies (shower, bathtub, vanity, faucets etc). During the purchase process they stressed customer service. I needed to make approximately 5 return trips as I was provided with the incorrect shower pan, hardware etc. On the final visit I had to return the sink drain as It broke in the plumber’s hands during installation. Upon arrival, I politely asked to be reimbursed 100 for the frequent return trips and the fact that I had to leave a 65 dollar activity at the very beginning in order to return the drain or face a second plumber service charge. The owner stated that all of the issues were my fault and the plumber’s and he would not accept the complaint. I advised him that my online reviews would be less than positive. He then slammed the replacement drain on the counter and said : “your drain just cost you 35 plus tax”. He then left me with a junior staffer. I have never been treated that refuels and unprofessionally.
