I bought a tent, sent it back for a refund. They received it over 2 months ago and have not given me a refund. I only get an automated reply. Don't bother buying Kelty products here. Go to a store instead. Kelty - my order number is 570029 and my ticket number is 1503720
I bought a new Tall Boy tent and when we assembled it the pole cords snapped on two of the three sets. They were frayed. Kelty wanted me to send them back at my cost so they could “repair” them. Could have just sent the cordage so I could re-string them. Much cheaper and easier to buy my own. Not the quality or customer service I expected.
Excellent backpacking tents and amazing backpacks , ive bought several now and although made overseas they still outperform everything else we ever used for backpacking. We recently bought 12 kelty Redwing 55l packs and 12 of there kelty grand mesa 2.0 backpacking tents for club use on the trail , and they are excellent!! Highly recommend this company 👌
