Is anyone actually getting the orders they’ve placed recently? They can sometimes be late but it’s been 4/5 weeks.. is there another delay? Thought all the issues were resolved??

They take your money and donr send goods. Also found out it's spice, don't use. Use heisenbergmixuk their communication is better. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worth trying to get money back from your bank. I did and got refunded from bank

Been over 3 weeks since I ordered
Been over 3 weeks since I ordered, no number to text to say you have paid anymore as apparently it was ‘hacked’….. no sight of any delivery!!! Once again another shit experience with these guys !!!! Complete SCAM!!!!! Used to be sent within 2 days and these days you’re lucky to receive anything….. plus the ‘hackers’ trying to get more money out of you !

Been a customer for a couple of years now. Normally ok but still waiting for my order from October 30. Their email box is full and ignore WhatsApp. Would stay away guys till they sort them self's out I'm £105 down doubt I'll get it back STAY AWAY

Order on 29th October still waiting. Been a customer for a few years no problem until now. They don't answer to what app anymore and their email box is full. They is no way to get in touch with them now. Lost my money and no order. Be very careful. Won't be ordering again.Update my order arrived today 2nd December. Quite surprised didn't think it was coming. They double my order plus a free gift too. Thanks.

Great product but the customer service…
Great product but the customer service is abysmal. It is definitely not next day delivery. Waited over a week and nothing, phone number doesn't work, emails bounce back so no way of contacting them, hence why I'm here. I've been a customer for a long time and given them plenty of chances but looks like no more custom from me. Thank god it wasn't a large order like I was going to do. Shame because the juice is top notch. Gutted.

Absolutely disgusting company you make a order and get a email with details to pay send money only to be told hours later it’s wrong account details please send money to this account why on earth would I send you money again been coming to use for a couple of years and this is how you get treated and plus no one willing to talk to you to try and sort just ignore you

Everyone should read this
So I have placed 3 separate orders with them: sep 2, 23 and oct 2. I had received my sep 2nd order on the 6th, 4 days after placing the order but the order I had placed on the 23rd just had been shipped and is set to arrive tomorrow (oct 7). Your orders will get fulfilled, just give the guy some time as I do have a feeling he is dealing with some internal issues. So make sure to place your orders well ahead of time (Before you run out of juice)
