Great first time impression
The bus was on time and very clean. However I was expecting Megabus not Trailways but I guess they work together as I booked it on the Megabus website . The driver was very pleasant communication was excellent. We were informed every step of the way and even had a nice break where we could get food for the long journey along the way. The driving was very smooth and we also had a video to indicate the safety aspect of the bus and how to get off in an emergency. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
