DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! We were a group of 8 adults and 6 KIDS. We were planned to have 3 relaxing days before our Cruise; well, it was more stress than ever. At the home at 4443 Shiva Loop, as soon as we entered the A/C upstairs wasn't working. We reported it immediately. Someone came that evening, filled it with some air I guess and then informed that they will come back in the morning to finish. Suddenly the A/C upstairs started working but the A/C downstairs fell out...reported it again. They came in the morning to fix it, but the same day again no A/C...It was horrible, our kids could barely sleep, and the house was getting hot. We asked for another home, they said there wasn't available...Then suddenly there was water leaking from the ceiling into the Livingroom downstairs and also into one of the bathrooms downstairs. It was a mess. The master Bathroom upstairs full of molds and old. Under the beds looked like they haven't cleaned in years! When I asked for a refund, they had the courage to inform that almost a month has passed and that they can't refund anymore offering 10% discount on a future booking, well NO THANK YOU!!!!

ACO was the perfect choice
ACO was the perfect choice. House was clean, 100% operational, and every little demand we had was answered in a very short time! We will choose ACO again for sure!

I went with a big group
I stayed at the Encore resort and It felt like home! It exceeded my expectations, and none of us wanted to leave. Love that it was near Walmart. Having our own private swimming pool was an added plus. Anything that I could think of that I needed, it was there and more. When i parked my car the security guard said that spot wasn't allowed, but instead of assisting us he just went away.

ACO and Management Crooks
The house was amazing! But the company, the company is full of bull! ACO is bullsh*t. They couldn't find nothing else to charge us for so they charge me for things that I reported and they told me they will let their maintenance department know. They charged me $120 for stains on towels and hand rags. Normal wear and tear at that.I reported every issue within 24 hours. One of them being one of the refrigeratory wasn't working properly causing me to loose hundreds of dollars in meats and seafood and they don't want to compensate me for my loss. The answer to why they don't want to compensate me was because its two refrigerators in the house. It was 21 of us on vacations so both refrigerators were being occupied. Then when I asked for management they told me the only way I can speak with management is through a representative.. Really??

Checkin was simple
Checkin was simple, house was great for a large family vacation. Pros: Very clean, great location. Pool covered with netting so no bugs. Having bathrooms for each room is great. Cons: Had an issue with the WiFi the first 2 days but our host got it corrected as quickly as they could.

Great experience
The property is in a perfect location. The house was fancy, clean, and well-kept. The pool was nice with chill views of the lake. It's just a short ride to Disney, and there are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We'll for sure be back next year.

My family experience
I originally rented for my family to be in Orlando florida. What I thought was going to be a home away from home experience was horrible. When it was time for us to check in we were not able to get through the door the code that was provided to us was incorrect for 2 hours we tried including management to get into the home and we're not able to. The manager who they sent to us was not very helpful actually even wanted us to go try to get into a window to get into the house and caught an attitude because I said I refused to break into the home. We sat outside for 2 hours in the heat before they recommended another home in the same area. At that point I was so frustrated and tired we decided to accept and went over to review the home. When I entered the home it was completely filthy. Dead roaches, ants all over the rug the sofas, dead bugs on the first floor kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms. When I explained this to the person I was talking to they asked me to take additional pictures of what I found. Evidently the manager that went over to see if the house was okay told them that the house was clean. I took pictures of all the roaches, the dead bugs and just the dirt that was all over the floor and told them I refuse to stay there. They asked me to spend the night and they would send someone in the morning and at that point I again told them I would not stay in such filth. I had to take my entire family including an infant to a restaurant while we found a better place at the last minute. If I am aware that it is ACO vacation homes I choose not to rent from them. Mistakes happen, however just to know that they offered for me to stay in a filthy house as an upgrade and wait for the next day is completely unacceptable. We couldn't even sit in the living room because of the ants that were crawling all over the sofas. I do not recommend this vacation rental company after this horrible experience. The next day I was faced to call booking.com for them to reach out to the company to request a full refund. Through booking.com I was able to find another home which we were able to check in right before 10:00 p.m. I try to be fair but ACO Vacation Homes does not even deserve 1 Star for the way we were treated.9/17/23Yvette Ramos-Soto

Please don’t book w/ ACO Vacation Homes
ACO is a complete scam! We arrived to the home with trash overflowed outside the home. None of the tvs were working. We did a ticket about the problems. A guy showed up to fix the tvs but he couldn’t fixed them. The trash never got emptied. We saw roaches. Last but not least I finished our vacation early because someone entered the home w/o our permission and used my credit cards. I’ve asked for a reimbursement or to be moved because we weren’t safe there. I’ll paste a copy of the details of the theft.-On Sunday, 3/22/22, while visiting SeaWorld amusement park around 1:20pm I received a notification that my Navy Federal and Capital One credit card was being used, I had left those cards in my unzipped purse on the nightstand in my vacation home in a secured gated community. After speaking with a Navy Federal customer service representative, she informed me the purchase was a chip insert purchase meaning they actually had my card. After leaving the amusement park I entered the security gate to get a security escort to enter the home with us for safety concerns, security meet us at the house around 220pm. Upon arrival there was no forced entry to the front door but a black garbage bag was laying by the door, which was not there when we left the home around 8:40, that morning. We proceeded to the back of the house the pool door was shut but unlocked, but was locked upon exiting house that morning. After security secured the house no iPads or macbook was stolen, but my purse was zipped and cards back in purse but in a different direction from how I normally keep my cards. The Navy Federal customer service representative told me the address where my card was used, it was at Best Buy at 6300 Grandview Parkway, Davenport, Florida. I went to the store asked for management told management my card was used here at 1:17pm for an unauthorized purchased of $1,413.00. He pulled the receipt gave me a copy. ACO stop responding when they were notified.

DO NOT BOOK!!
DO NOT BOOK!!! I repeat do not book. There was only trouble with ACO vacations and VRBO. I booked a week vacation and 4/7 days I was “working”. When I say working I was sending emails, texting and calling both ACO vacations and VRBO in regards to issues in which I had with the unit I stayed in.Saturday: we checked in and I went through the house to ensure I would not be held liable for the previous damage. Found holes in the walls, broken door handles, broken curtain rods, broken closet doors, missing items, hairs in the towels (7 towels in the entire house, I had to purchase towels since 11 people was staying in the home) and a PLETHORA of other issues. The trash from the previous family was PILED into the small container at the front door which was an immediate turn off.The home was not clean and surely wasn’t sanitized. The fridge and freezer was empty but dirty. The air filter hasn’t been changed in at the very least over a year, and don’t even get me started on the pool filter. The grill was disgusting as well as any dishes that was in the home. There was also a lingering smell in the home. And the best of it all NOT ONE REMOTE HAD ANY BATTERIES. I called the number on the posted placards in the house and it was the wrong number. I had to search their website to get the correct number. I got someone on the phone and spoke with a customer service rep and was advised to email the issues. I took video and photos and emailed them all to not get any responses from ACO.Sunday: my family went to Disney. Shortly after they left John (the maintenance guy) showed up. I was unaware he was supposed to come because ACO never told me. He came to fix the door handles, closet doors and would’ve plugged holes but I opted not to because he stated that it would take 18 hours for it to take and if the kids touched it could mess up their clothing. I also had my newborn with me so I didn’t want the fumes in the house. I went to go meet my family at Disneyworld and I couldn’t lock the front door. Called ACO, they said they would send someone. HOURS passed and no one, I called NO ANSWER, I emailed, no response. Then at 1930 Marcelle and Patricia just shows up to clean the fridge. She had “microban” and a dirty rag to clean. While they was at the home I asked them if they know anything about the lock. He said it should lock with the press of any button. He tried and guess what! It didn’t work. So he called someone and they advised him to take a video of the lock. Which he did and sent to whoever to prove it. But at that point I lost my entire day because I still couldn’t lock the front door. Monday: STILL NO ANSWER FROM ACO. Called, texted and emailed, but what do you know, NO ANSWER. At this point I started to believe they have me blocked because it doesn’t even make any sense that I was unable to get someone on the phone. John shows up like he did the day before, apologetic and does a factory reset on the lock. It works and I’m relieved because now I’m not stuck at home. I could leave and go meet my family. I get myself and my baby dressed, walk out and go to lock the door and IT DOESNT WORK. Now I’m back on the phone, emailing and texting. No answer! Another day lost…Tuesday: John shows up… sits outside of the unit and calls the owner to get the permission to replace the lock. Of course he doesn’t get an answer he comes in and does ANOTHER factory reset on the door. It works and he leaves. Of course the lock doesn’t work again and then a couple hours go by and John comes back and replaces the lock. Finally I am not longer stuck in the house but my plans are messed up because I had no idea if I would have a front door lock. The rest of the week I honestly just gave up. I was so tired and ready to go home. Everywhere we looked there was an issue. We washed the towels every night, bought garbage bags because that starter kit they claimed we had of course wasn’t there. This place has such great potential but it isn’t cared for and the customer service is HORRIBLE. Find another unit to rent, anything that is ACO owned run for the hills!VRBO was of no help either because it’s was all “minor issues” and they would just hang up on me. I spoke to about 10 agents with no help and passing the blame. I’m telling everyone who will listen not to use VRBO and definitely skip over anything ACO!Update: This morning (8/13) I was charged $110.80 for “damage to 1 fitted king sheet, 1 flat king sheet and 3 pillow cases”. They cannot help me nor will they help me. I had insurance on the rental and did not do damage to the sheets. The pictures they sent of the “damage” there wasn’t anything visible in some of the photos and the others there were old stains (that could be hidden if tucked right).

Please do not rent from these people…
Please do not rent from these people they are incompetent the pictures on their website do not look like the inside of the home the house was old markings all over the walls carpet was filthy stained Shower certain had Mildew towel racks broken AC broken my 3 night there took them 12 hour to come out and repair it so spent all day and most of the night in the heat. I spoke to management about something my child left behind 3 day after checking out and there still waiting on a cleaning report stated it wasn’t there responsibility. I stated that I still have a family member in Florida willing to pick it up for me but they don’t care.

If you like roaches, I recommend you stay at acovacationhomes.com
I would not recommend Acovacationhomes.com to anyone! We stayed at 947 Emerald Green Ct., KISSIMMEE, FLORIDA, 34746 Resort Community: Crystal Soon as we went into the kitchen, roaches were everywhere! We complained the whole time and the owners did nothing about it!! I have videos I’m going to post all over social media until they give us our money back!Booking name zina Jenkins

They will rip you off and ruin your vacation!
They will rip you off and ruin your vacation. Do not rent from this horrible company as both occasions have left us with issues and the last one with a major issue and basically theft of our money. We rented a home for 8 days and when we arrived the pool was broken, day 1, it wasn’t able to be used. We paid $225 to heat the unusable pool and they would not refund our money. We were ripped off as we paid to have a pool and they wouldn’t relocate us either. This is the bottom of the barrel rental agency and hire staff as such. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the aggravation and rent from someplace else or have your vacation ruined.

Dirty undies left under the bed
If I could give a negative star review, I definitely would. The property has potential but the management company did not take care of the gross mess we were left with. They required us to sign a contract stating no parties but the house looked like a "frat" house (sorry to the fraternities but I think many will understand the reference). The floors were absolutely disgusting (tan carpet with stains throughout). The cleaning crew neglected the simplest task like wiping hand rails (heard of COVID?)... cleaning dishes, vacuuming, sweeping the floor, kool aid puddles in the fridge, moldy shower curtains and SO MUCH MORE...SADLY. There were streamers, water bottles, stained bedding, not enough towels (none for the pool and we were left with 8 towels for the family), and the icing on the cake was the pair of dirty underwear and shorts (not mine!) under the bed. In addition, the AC was broken. My saga continues....there are no necessities at the house (no dishwasher tabs or liquid, no garbage bags, no paper towels, and only 5 1/2 rolls of the worst toilet paper), the air hockey table has multiple cords spliced together - the outlet is burnt (total fire hazard) and the door knobs fall off throughout. They dont have a number where anyone answers the phone. The first day they replied to the texts and sent maintenance out to repair the AC and cleaning people to evaluate the filth. They fixed the AC and picked up the trash throughout. The need for cleaning remained, as did someone else's undies under my bed. On day 2, a person came over to ask if we needed cleaning with a one-year-old in tow. We said that she could not clean with a baby because we were not babysitting....and now we have have reached out numerous times throughout today and they have not responded or addressed a single issue. The company that owns this rental unit is crap! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! FIND A DIFFERENT PROPERTY. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!9
