Not happy at all order light ash brown it's med dark ugh. . No directions to put it on . Extra clips . I can't work the 4 on there. Don't want to make my hair that dark

The shipping was quick, and they responded to any questions I had right away. The products I received were nice and light and the colour choices are vast! The customer service is great!
I ordered 3 synthetic hair toppers, even not human hair toppers, but quality ok. If you want high quality products human hair will be good choice.
I'm a little confused by some of the poor reviews. I have ordered from Ada Hair 3 times now. The wigs are nice and I have received my hair quickly every time. The color I chose matches my blonde hair perfectly, and for the price especially, the quality is very nice. The thing I like the most is the fact that there is no brassy shine to the wiglets, which to me is always a dead giveaway that it's fake hair. Order with confidence. I always go online to see if a site is real or a scam. There are way too many scam sites out there. I recommend you do the same thing. Do a Google search on Ada Hair and you'll see for yourself it is on the level and real.
This company advertises 100% real human hair wigs but what I got was a synthetic hair wig. It wasn't a poorly made wig it was rather a nice one, but it definitely wasn't human hair and that is what I ordered and what I paid for. If you don't mind paying more for a nice synthetic hair wig by all means order from them but if you want real human hair order from somewhere else.
ZERO stars!! I received my hair halo and the color was much darker than the picture online. I emailed the company, they asked for a picture of the product which I sent to them. No response after numerous email attempts, TERRIBLE company don't waste your money!!
You show real hair on the video's but what comes out is not the same hair toppers don't look real at all and look silly on. I also had a topper missing from my package
I got my topper today.TERRIBLE HAIR more nylon than real hair.It looks like a dead rat on my head.Should have 0 stars.The Company uses genuine social media photos in instragram but what we get is pure scam.I only read the reviews after having purchased the topper.Avoid this Ada hair at all costs.
Ada Hair toppers flooded Facebook and I fell. I was charged $50 for 1 and $30 for another. Both colors wrong. Said shipping was free after $50 but was charges shipping. I sent photos of what I ordered vs. what I received and they claim they got the order correct. Offered me $10 to go away. I will say the hair is real. I may be able to color but who wants the bother? Avoid this company like the plague!!
What I got did not look good.. there was no blending it to the scalp the hair was folded back and would not come forward to hide it so it just looked like a dead cat sitting on my head... the colors looked terrible... and I had to pay to ship it back which was going to be expensive and got a big whopping $10 gift for my next order like that was going to happen... don't waste your money or your time... they are just there using vulnerable people... wanting to look good!!!!
Do not touch this lot with a barge pole My partner ordered a human hair topper and received a synthetic one..I emailed them and they told me she had ordered the wrong item ( yeah whatever!!) and told me it would not be viable to return the topper at my own expense and offered me $10 compensation,,, I reported this outfit to Paypal and got a full refund
If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is horrible! The color of the topper was stark red and they said it was light brown and “colors my vary” and will not refund my money! PLEASE DO NOT IRDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
Do NOT buy from this website!!! I ordered and when it came it wasn't even close to the color displayed on the website. I emailed them a picture of my hair, the hair color picture I ordered from the website, and the hair I received. The color I received is red, but the color I order is not in anyway red. I asked how to rectify this issue and they do not want to. I was told the number on the hair matches and that I should expect the color to be slightly different and they hope I understand. Slightly? Its literally red, not light brown! All I want is a friggin refund at this point and even just emailed saying I'll gladly send the hair back but that I'm not paying to ship it, and I can guarantee they'll give me an issue with that too. Save yourself the hassel from being in this situation. Absolutely ridicolous that they email back 24hrs later and do not have any solution to the issue and rake no responsibility for the huge color difference even when proof of it is provided. I would not be shocked if I do not get my money back smh! Also the color they sent me PERFECTLY matches the Auburn Brown picture on their website and that is NOT what I order. Smh! I posted on their Facebook page but they deleted each time. This place is a SCAM.
I ordered this in hopes that the color would be perfect for my hair I sent an email the next day because my stylist changed my color and added extensions, so I no longer need the toppers I ordered in the colors. I told them I needed to cancel and they asked why, I responded exactly what I just wrote. No response, I checked my email and it said they had shipped them. I am now going to be stuck with toppers I won't use because they do not accept returns and if you an convince them you have to send it to China at your cost. This company is a scam, a joke, and totally not reputable! If I could give less than 1 star I would, but it will not let me!
Advertised as human hair sent synthetic with bangs and ordered without . Only thing correct was color and length. But I will call my credit company for a refund its a scam.
