Lowes Commack great experience.
After having my fill of Home Depot, I went to Lowe’s in Commack for my last project. Thanks to Syed’s expert and patient assistance—from placing the order to picking it up—the entire experience went far better than I expected.I went back for my next project, and once again Syed handled everything just as well, if not better. While I can’t speak for every department, I can confidently recommend Lowe’s Commack and Pro Sales Specialist Syed for anyone who wants knowledgeable help and a smooth, stress free process.

I see alot of bad reviews for Lowe's. I do not think they are fair. Lowes is the walmart to home depots target. In that Lowe’s is considered to be the lower wage version of the two stores. This is why i hate to put Lowe’s down, they are trying very hard to stay afloat when the larger Home Depot is trying to run them out of business. This is an issue because everyone will miss Lowe’s when the only tool store left is home depot. There really is not much of a real difference between Lowe’s and Home Depot, ones color is orange the others is blue. Home Depot has green mold resistant drywall Lowe’s has purple mold resistant drywall. That really is about it.

Floor I ordered took forever to get in…
Floor I ordered took forever to get in did not do the measurements right and tried to charge me. Then got charged extra for installing! Then waiting months to get a divider between my bathroom floor and carpet that didn't even match. Go with a floor company payed whay to much for a small project!

I am done with lowes. Got a credit with them through synchrony and made a large purchase of 1500 over time. Never been late and always made over minimum then synchrony cut my credit limit by thousands taking a big hit on my credit scores. You want to lie down with dogs lowes you get fleas. Ordered microwave and dishwasher on 2 18 26 I still have not received yet. Scheduled for 3 3 26. Paid for separate installations and haul away for 50.00. Installer decides by robo caller to set up. Mr. Walter's at customer service was not helpful at ALL ! I MANAGED customer service in my past. He was not giving my issue for the microwave any thing but lame excuses. I liked the price for a new hot water heater, i liked the delivery & installation service, They were right on time, did a good job installing my water heater!!i did not like the price, $1400. for a $494.00 water heater installed, 2 guys were hear less than 1 hour, Looks like they charged $900.00 to deliver, install, & haul away a water heater!!!

DONT EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THIS ESTERO LOWES!! And especially do not buy a pressure washer! They have only a 48 hour return allowance for A LOT of item in their store!Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot just down the street! They are less expensive than lowes on most items and will NEVER hassle you on returns!

You will be SORRY I you ever purchase something from Lowe's
My garage door opener was defective and went to Lowe's to order the replacement and installation since I could not online. I was told I would be contacted within 24-48 hours for installation. When I was not contacted, I called Lowe's about 72 hours later. They called the installer and then told me they could not schedule the installation and could not tell me when they could. Lowe's gave me the contact number for the installer and I called them and got the same answer. They could not schedule the installation and could not tell me when the could schedule the installation since they had no installers in my area which is Temecula/Murrieta, which is a large area. So I contacted another installer who could do it that day and proceeded to cancel my Lowe's order. I would strongly recommend to NEVER purchase anything from Lowe's, especially if you are going to have them install it.

Don’t ever do the survey for $500 gift card,, I had the most nasty experience with a person.. I should be given an apology or a darn percentage off!!! He was of course not from USA an was just down right disgusting on the phone. Lowe’s should be doing something about this crap..

I ordered a door 2 months ago ...they are still making the door and it won't be ready until 3/23/26...I just got a bill due on 3/12/26 from Synchrony Bank...when I called they gave me the runaround to call lowes ..then they told me to call the installation team...then the installation team is telling me to call Synchrony again..no one knows what they are doing ..the bottom line I NEVER GOT MY DOOR INSTALLED AND THEY ARE BILLING ME TO PAY FOR A DOOR THAT'S NOT INSTALLED...I called the salesman (BRIAN) and left him 3 messages to return call backSTAY AWAY FROM LOWES! I have had a warranty claim in since before Christmas for a defect with a door I purchased with a warranty. Now, it is almost 3 months later Lowes still has not given me any clear information of when my warranty will be upheld. I have received multiple calls from a representative of Lowes, but every call is the same information, the first month and a half I was told multiple lies to delaying the warranty process because nothing was getting done. After 3 months (A quarter of a year) they finally got my door ordered but that they still don't have any information about when my door will be replaced. This is ridiculous that I would have to go through hell to get my warranty honored from a company of this magnitude. For these past few months, I have gotten nothing but the run around from Lowes and the manufacturer of this product Reliabelt. I will be taking legal matters and posting this issue on social media and news media in my next steps to get this terrible customer service resolved and warn others of this failure to comply with a warranty in a reasonable amount of time. This is not good business Lowe's!

Ordered 28 bags consisting of raised bed soil and black kow compost (manure) to be picked up curbside. I parked, checked in and within 5 minutes was redirected to the place where the pallet was loaded in the bed of my pickup and I was on my way. Fast, friendly, professional customer service here at Las Cruces, NM Lowe's. oh, and the forklift driver and other employee who helped me get to the right location were both gals... maybe why the experience went so well?
