Great customer service and a reasonable price
I used AI SuitUp this week and was positively surprised: firstly, the cost is very reasonable compared to other providers, and I received a lot of images with different backgrounds and outfits. Secondly, customer service was great: understanding and quick response times. My issue was that all images I received had curly hair, although I sent in pictures of me with my straight hair. An updated set was provided that was more true to my style.

The submission is pretty straight…
The submission is pretty straight forward, except you need to be ready with a decent batch of selfies or photos to submit to begin. No hats, no glasses, no funny poses. The first results I got gave a bit more hair than would have been appropriate. So they provided me with a second batch with the adjustments i requested for free. I wish there were a few more options for body type (height, build). In the end within 24h I had a good amount of professional-looking head shots which is what I was after. The service was friendly and straightforward, which I appreciated. Overall I think for me this is a 5 stars. Max resolution seems to be 1k, so you mileage may vary.

This program was terrific
This program was terrific. I loved my head shots and all the different color choices you used. The platform is very easy to use. The 3 plans offered me options. I could hardly believe how nice the photos turned out. Some looked more like me than others but because I was given so many, I am using the ones I prefer.

My experience was great. Lots of photos to choose from with a variety of backgrounds, clothing, expressions, and looks. Me but definitely better! This is a quick, easy, and economical way to update your headshot. Plus, great customer service when I needed it.

I used AI SuitUp for headshots after my professional studio headshots came back less than favorable. This service was quick and easy and affordable. My headshots were 100x better than the professional and highly recommended photographer I went to - and they cost a FRACTION of the price without all the hassle of going to a studio. Wish I had saved my money and just used AI Suitup from the beginning. I got several photos that I loved which gave me options to use different photos for different purposes. Also I was very happy with the response from customer service to fix something I messed up. 10/10. Save your money and time and get your headshots from these guys!

I rarely leave reviews, only when the quality of the product is way below what is being sold. 95 of the 100 photos don't resemble to the subject and are UNUSABLE. Many of the hairstyles are different from the subject, so visibly different that creates a different person. In my opinion you should not try to alter hairstyle that much that people can't recognise me. Very few pics are good, lighting and contrast are good, skin colour ok, clothing is modern, backgrounds ok, but I am still disappointed how bad this service overall was.

I got a great set of photos from AI SuitUp. Initially there were quite a few that did not look like me, but it turned out that several of the photos I submitted did not fully follow the guidelines. Chiara from customer support was fantastic! She worked with me until I had exactly what I needed.

Found this app on Google, and must say, out of the 100 photos (which were all very realistic), about 7-8 were extremely looking. Impressed! For my liking, I’d like to have more casual images as well. Not everyone wears a suit, but given the name of the app - I should expect nothing less. Happy user, well worth the money!

I used these to generate a headshot for an event. Though the first shots didn't quite meet my expectations (they just made me too skinny - they pics looked great but not me!)
